Great for when looking for a place to sleep, bed and bathroom, location is good, tram stop is just outside hotel

Room was extremely small. Bathroom had no ventilation. No shower screen. Water was everywhere while showering. Parking was inconvenient. Location was fantastic. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The lady at the reception desk has excellent customer service skills when it comes to meeting clients' needs and expectations. The rooms are clean, noise-free, safe, and secure. The price per room is quite reasonable, making it a fair option for couples, families, friends, or solo travelers. The staff (s) are generally friendly, polite, and helpful. Each room has a mini fridge, which is useful for storing a few items during your stay. The backyard offers ample space for BBQs with friends or family, both indoors and outdoors. The location is perfect for beach lovers and those who enjoy evening walks by the beach. The facilities include air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Although space may be limited, the amenities could be improved by providing a kettle, extra spoons, plates, and a bottle of water. Despite these minor suggestions, the price per room is reasonable enough to overlook some of the improvements. Overall, the location and staff are fabulous.
