J y allais depuis plusieurs années c était agréable - c est vrai que de moins en moins bien - dommage - il n y avait jamais plus de crevette de mangue etc…. Alors que c était toujours marqué sur la carte 😡Et puis et puis pris une brochette de poissons un soir et malade pendant 48 h la nuit et tte la journée ! -

Hôtel au top, une équipe au top, un cadre magnifique. Un hôtel qui a beaucoup de charme, dans une ville à découvrir absolument. Un bar restaurant qui acceuil à toutes heures pour manger ou simplement boire un verre. Le sourire des employés quel qu’ils soient avec toujours un mot gentil pour les clients. Tout les services à l’occidental adaptés en Afrique pour se sentir plus chez soit que dans un hôtel ❤️ J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir

Tout confort (on est au Togo pas sur la Riviera) Un site superbe, une déco et des aménagements de très bons goûts Une cuisine variée ( menus différents chaque jour) avec une carte qui tient ses promesses Le personnel est au top Ambiance dominicale assurée, soirée romantique sur le ponton… … tout y est avec un prix honnête (même si cela ne veut rien dire avec un change aussi favorable) A ne pas rater

Un bon restaurant sur la lagune et dans Lomé. Les plats sont bons pour un déjeuner a midi. La piscine est agréable. Un bon moment de restauration et de détente sur Lomé. Je n´ ai pas testé les chambres de l´hotel. Il y aurait du crocodile de temps en temps...

Hôtel vieillot, les chambres sentent le moisi, la salle de bain ne possède pas d'eau chaude. Nous devions y séjourner 5 nuits, nous y sommes restés une nuit seulement. Nos amis avaient également réservé une chambre pour 4, c'était l'horreur. Le petit déjeuner minable vu le prix. A eviter

Hotel is dated but is clean, the service is average but the Wi-Fi is terrible… The hotel is also in a difficult part of town, distant from many things as well as not as safe as other areas.

We spent 2 nights here. Our room was sad and not in great condition. Very little light. The AC struggled to cool the room, and they required the key card in the room to run the AC which meant the room was always hot when we returned. Lots of noise on all sides morning & night, with bars on all sides. The wifi was slow and unreliable much of the time. The shower had poor water pressure. The toilet took 15+ minutes to flush. The sink burped air every time we turned on the faucet. Food was mediocre.

voici presque 10 ans que je venais au napoléon lagune - l'hôtel et le restaurant étaient agréables mais hélas depuis 3/4 ans, le niveau a beaucoup baissé notamment le restaurant - les plats de la carte proposes sont tres souvent indisponibles et l'avocat crevettes par exemple y est absent depuis 4 ans ainsi que d autres plats mais toujours indiqué sur la carte - etc etc - et puis j'ai pris il y a 2 ans une brochette de poissons et j'ai été malade 24H et ai vomi toute la nuit et restée allongée le lendemain. vraiment dommage ! nous y sommes retournés cette a année et avons encore choisi plusieurs plats (étions 5) on nous a répondu qu'il n'y avait pas ! nous n'y retournerons plus. dommage car le cadre est agréable.
