Hotel Napoleon Lagune

"I have been coming to the Napoleon Lagune for almost 10 years - the hotel and the restaurant were pleasant but unfortunately over the last 3/4 years, the level has dropped significantly, especially the restaurant - the dishes on the menu are very often unavailable and the shrimp avocado, for example, has been absent for 4 years, as well as other dishes but always indicated on the menu - etc. etc. - and then I had a fish skewer 2 years ago and I was sick for 24 hours and vomited all night and lay down the next day. Really a shame! We went back this year and chose several more dishes (there were 5 of us) and were told there were none! We will not go back. Too bad because the setting is pleasant."

"Lovely place, food very nice, big clean bathrooms , very nice clean swimming pool, comfortable beds and very welcoming staff. my preferred location anytime i visit Lome and very affordable and more than worth the price. i recommand this hotel to anybody visiting Togo"

"The bed is very comfortable. The lighting system in the rooms is good although the rooms are a bit small. However, what needs improvement the most is breakfast. The choice is very limited and does not cater for health conscious travellers."
