床單很臟，廁所很大的異味，跟服務人員説床單不乾淨，服務人員説幫忙換一個，我們説可以換房間嗎，她説每個房間都是這樣，説不然讓我們自己點一個一次性的床單被罩，跟她説廁所的味道，他説噴一下清新劑就好了，非常不滿意，當時衹顧得套一次性床單被罩了，忘記拍照片了，避雷

整體很不滿意，那個戴眼鏡的女前台跟欠了她一萬塊錢一樣，態度特別不好，巨差！！！因為房間沒紙打電話她直接説自己來前台拿，真不知道誰是客人，我花錢住還得求着她？這個酒店真是一住一個不吱聲，特別注意戴眼鏡的女前台，服務特別特別特別特別特別巨不好。拋開這個前台，其次就是房間特別冷，開了一晚上空調也還是不暖和，而且房間剛進去一股説不上來的味道，因為客服的態度也就懶得換了，房間免費的礦泉水也沒有，總之體驗特別差！！！謹慎選擇！！！！！！
