"We arrived in Gongyi City at 9 pm and deliberately chose the hotel that ranked number one in Gongyi. After arriving, parking was very convenient and check-in was smooth. However, when we got to the room, we found that there was a mahjong table. I checked the hotel again to avoid misunderstanding. The room type pictures on Ctrip confirm that there is no mahjong table in any of the photos. Mahjong tables are placed in the guest rooms. The quality of the nice room was instantly lowered. Suddenly, the room felt like it was filled with smoke. If I didn’t have children and it was too late, I really wouldn’t want to stay here! However, the room photos you uploaded to Ctrip deliberately avoided this mahjong table. You must also think that this mahjong table is immodest. ? A warm family room. It instantly felt like I was staying in a chess and card room. It felt very bad. According to my understanding, this room is not only used to live in our family of four. In addition, there are 4 bottles of free mineral water in the room. All the bottle caps have been unscrewed, which is extremely ridiculous and terrifying at the same time! Also, the air conditioner can directly freeze the air. It is very hot when it is turned off. After turning it on and adjusting it to 27.28 degrees, it still blows out very cool wind. The temperature adjustment is useless. The whole family felt very cold all night. After discovering the problem, I called the front desk to report the situation. The girl who answered the phone and the girl who came to my room later to deliver mineral water had a very good attitude (I don't know if they were the same person). They spoke very appropriately and handled the situation in a good way. It's appropriate and worthy of praise, but it doesn't mean that I have to give a good review just because I gave you fruit or apologized. But I have to say that this girl's good service attitude did make me feel bad about giving a bad review, so I gave it a neutral rating. Bar At the same time, it is also recommended that you remove the mahjong table and put in a set of long sofas and coffee tables, which are both practical and cozy.
