Hotel Kama International

The hotel was a nightmare. Too expensive for the location and quality. It is in an absolute dungeon of a street, no way for a car to reach it. Rooms are very shabby even though they have all the good stuff but there is no space and they look dirty and shady. Cleanliness is a big issue inside the room as well as on the way their. It feels like an old cheap lodge converted into a hotel with some equipment. Wasn’t worth more than 50% of the actual cost.

Smallest rooms seen ever.. Washrooms are so small that you have to place half your ass on the wall while using the toilet seat.. No chairs or slightest place to keep your luggage or even smallest of your belongings..

Being a hotelier I don't write reviews but this hotel is making fool as under Hotel :- - They don't display there Deluxe room on any Booking website but the room is 8X8 and they don't inform size of room and when youb will reachunf they will charge you Rs. 1000/- per day to upgrade to a normal room. But all the website display Executive room so people can be fooled. - The washroom always remain dirty even after cleaning a little splash of water on floor will mean dirt - The room stinks - Car cannot enter the lane where hotel is located - Mosquitos are common in room and shows how clean the rooms are. - Light go off often and that time only light & fan will run no A/C or TV works Restaurant :- - Poor listening Skills I gave them tea order straight 3 days but they never brought right tea - Had lunch once and ordered food and we were told 20 min for order but every time it took minimum 50-60 Mins - A single tawa roti took 20 mins and it was normal everytime - Also the corporate travellers are disturbed at late night as room service enter wrong room at midnight and the next day meeting will go for toss ( This is the biggest problem other then above) SO NEVER EVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL WHEN IN GORAKHPUR

I was on a business trip and i stayed in this property. One of the biggest con of this property to make it comfortable for business executives and families is its locations which is absolutely shady. Further, i was being bothered with the noise from the adjacent room. To make it worse, the rooms are very small and 90% occupied by King size beds (mentioned it to help you visualize the size the room). The only pro about this property is that it will provide you experience (in terms of electronic panels) of premium hotels.

Pathetic experience.. beds are like swinging.. Bad smell of washrooms in the rooms.. uncleaned rooms being given to customers. Noise from neighbouring rooms will not allow to sleep. Very small and compact rooms are suffocative. Most important be alert in online booking. They are showing 3 Star property and their price shows is of dormitories, on upgrading rooms they just charge huge.. Compete fraud..
