The atmosphere was warm, clean, and very inviting — perfect for both casual dining and family meals. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive. Sorry had not taken any photo because i was not in mood to do complaint. They don't change towel daily"

"It is different than what is shown. Many basic things were missing, no water bottle provided, no phone to contact reception you had to go there yourself, i was provided only a towel that also next day with a soap cut in half. There was no hot water to take a bath, the blankets were smelly, and no slipper was provided after i asked for it. I felt sick whenever i saw the tiles, which were not properly cleaned. The bad thing people( he was saying he was the manager) were drinking alcohol."
