Good recieving and good service and updating services regarding compliment breakfast. And regarding checking and check out is comfortable. They given comfort check in and check out. And service also good and food also good. Overall it's good time to stay.

I booked the hotel park regency and i paid around 4500 for 1 day. First very costly and i dont think the facility or room which they give is really worth of 4500. Second terrible room service, no one is answering your concern on time also bathroom was smelling and tried to tell them but no response third while switch on the water heater be careful of current as it was coming through water during my stay. Food is overpriced and also not as worthy of their price. Over all very very terrible experience i don't think this hotel stay for 1 day is worth for 4500, hardly it should be 2000.

Major issues. Was given a smelly room. Then changed which was also not good. Had paid in advance so couldn’t walk out. Gyeser not working, no cleaning done. The bed cover and sheets were horrible

Room was good, but washroom was old, dirty, pale. Room service was terrible. Restaurant was kinda okay, mixed thoughts on food and beverages. It's decent if you're staying overnight but not good for more than 2 days. Hotel didn't provide liquid soap for shower gel, moisturizer but provided low quality soap brick and even toothpaste was of cheap quality
