incredible views,incredible hotel staff -especially the chef receptionist,buse,she's the best always.-,incredible events and one of a kind experience for me. the people are very helpful,the food are just incredible,the physical condition of the hotel and rooms just perfect,you can watch the hot-air balloons on roof of the hotel on early-mornings and i can say it's just surreal. i highly -very very highly- recommend the place and i hope i will come there again!

It was a place that we wanted to see, and I never thought we would have been having so good time. The hotel helped us with the room, although we arrived early in the morning, and it was incredibly good to spend 3 days in the clean hot room after so much of the ice-like air. Workers are generally very sweet sincere and laughing. The breakfast options were too many and incredibly tasty. We were very happy. They were very beautiful as a location. They were very close to the restaurants to be visited within the day. We were very happy that they were at walking distance. We went through a familiar way and they were very helpful with our room choice. And yet we would stay in this hotel. We thank everyone again. Absolutely recommended.

It was amazing experience. On arrival we were offered freshments. Elif, Feyzo and Yigit were all very helpful. friendly and polite. Elif arranged our hotel rooms and checked everything before giving us the keys. Rooms were very clean and well furnished. The location is perfect. Only 5 minute walk from the main centre where all the restaurants, shops, travel agents and cash machines etc are located. Roof top view is very nice. Main lawn have plenty of relaxing sofas and chairs to sit in the sun. No disturbance from main traffic. Breakfast was really good. All fresh and tasty. I would love to go back to use their service. Highly recommneded.

It's a little hard to find the hotel by car, and it's not the most convenient to park. The hotel environment is good, there is afternoon tea, and the terrace has good seats to watch hot air balloons. The breakfast is rich and tastes good, and the restaurant service is also good. The cave room is so-so, the room is not big, and the TV cannot be turned on. If you go for the cave room, the price/performance ratio is not high.

This is an amazing, stylish place with the greatest rooftop view to the village - we recommend it 100%. Although this place is wonderful, the best thing there are hosts - each employee was so nice to us, and helpful, and worked as they own the place. We felt that they really care about us, our trip and staying there. Big advantage is that the owner and manager of the hotel is working there and takes care about everything. He also previously was a tourism guide and helped us with information about places where to go. The place is new and if someone is still able to get a better pricing this season, than it is a nobrainer to choose this place instead of other hotels in Goreme - they will make sure that You will enjoy Your staying in Goreme, Cappadocia. We got a very special treatment: 1) nice welcoming breakfast at 6am in the morning before our booking was even started at 12pm *also they saved some food for us when we slept in, which was very nice 2) free upgraded room to a royal suite although there was a full booking that night 3) very special discounted price because the place is new and money is not their priority now 4) option to leave our baggages for 2 days there 5) information and a plan for a day about tourism places where to go 6) nice and very friendly attitude We are very thankful to Azad and other people about the experience and hosting they provided, help and just being such nice human beings. :))

I had a great time in this hotel! Begimay who was the woman staff and I met first, was very friendly and always smiling. So cute and kind. I wanted to say good bye before I leave from the hotel. Also, Abdullah and Sitan were nice staff. They bring us with our heavy suitcase to the bus station. So...I was really surprised with gorgeous cave room and it was comfortable. The breakfast was buffet type and there were many delicious foods like Turkish soup and Turkish omlet. We also could see the dreamy air balloons on the terrace. The Terrace was really relaxing space!

It was the best staying experience. It's a shame that it was only for one night. Not only can you see the balloons in the early morning, you can also see the beautiful Cappadocia's forward slope in the evening from both your room and the terrace. The rooms seem to have been designed by the owner, and the interior design and custom-made furniture are very nice. I heard that rooms with infinity pools will be available next year, so I would like to visit again.

Hello First, the location of your facility is great. This is in the middle of the places to go and be seen. If you are going with your own vehicle, the routes of Ceren Lady are great. In addition, the rooms are clean and well prepared. The rooms are flat from the ceiling lamps to the bathrooms, wake up with a balloon sound in the morning and start the day in an environment where balloons are close to 3-4 metres, You have made a great breakfast with the delicious products made by Ceren Lady with her own hands, then walking around the tourist sites and walking to the hotel for evening, watching the sunset in a unique view about 2 minutes away He was very pleasant; and his evening takes you all the fatigue of silence and peace and prepares you for the next day. Meanwhile, the comment on ”Hotel with balloons” that I read in the comments on the internet is certainly correct :) You will never regret when you prefer Fairyland Cave Hotel for a great holiday. The view is very good, just below the Ušićsar Castle, a few minutes' walk away. On a good day, you can see the Erciyes volcano in the distance. It is only a few kilometers away from the town of Goreme. The room facilities are good, but the breakfast is awkward for Chinese people. Although there are many varieties, they are not suitable for Chinese stomachs.
