I book this hotel after one week of thinking haha I really want a hotel with the best balloon view. Best decision ever! Since I arrived at night, I couldn’t really see anything when I went out around 11pm. But the morning came and damn I realized everything was near! The town itself is very close literally 5mins away ahaha. Receptionists especially was very nice huhu I really thanked them from the bottom of my heart especially the one who helped me checked in because initially a different room was given but I talked to him and although it was midnight, he promptly gave me the original room I booked. He said there might be some misunderstandings with the Trip.com but no problems with me at all because he solved it straight away. The room was big for me and the jacuzzi was the best hehe the food was okay. I am a picky eater but glad they have lots of varieties. Will definitely book this hotel again. Very good hotel Unfortunately I just got 1night only, want to extend but fullybooked Kathir the manager was amazing He let me got our room on 11 AM Breakfast was amazing And just 5minutes walking to the goreme city centre

This hotel was the best of all the cave hotels in Goreme. The staff were all friendly, and the CEO was a great man with a great passion for hotel management. During our stay, he always checked and pay attentions if there were any inconveniences to his guests. The meal was great and the bed was comfortable. The balloon tour was canceled due to the weather, so I extended our stay. If I will come back to Cappadocia, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Strongly recommend

Wonderful experience at this hotel! Incredibly clean and central location. The staff are incredible! So kind and speak English well. They helped us to organise airport transportation, and activities. Overall would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel, clean, cozy, with good breakfasts and friendly staff! It's worth it a little away from the noise, it's a 10-minute walk to the observation deck if you want to see the balloons closer. And so - they fly over the hotel! For this price - you can't think of anything better!

The hotel is not big, the room simulates a cave, and has all the necessary facilities. It is located in the center of the town, convenient to the station, and there are many places to eat and drink around. The boss is enthusiastic and the price-performance ratio is high
