Заезжали сюда с женой на несколько дней переночевать, пока город смотрели. Номер чистый, есть кондиционер, постельное белье меняют каждый день, к этому нареканий нет. Рядом есть кафе и магазины, так что можно либо в отеле позавтракать, либо в кафе какое-нибудь сходить.

Удивительно, что в четырехзвездочном отеле отдельно потребовали плату за парковку 300 р. Много путешествуем, но везде парковка включена. Номер, на минуточку, двухместный с доп местом и завтраком обошелся в 12 тыс сутки. Следующее недоумение - нет бутилированной воды в номере. Вместо этого - кулер на этаже. То есть, чтобы налить воды, ночью к примеру, нужно выходить в коридор или заранее позаботиться и налить с вечера. Вот это экономия на воде. Позорище. А стаканы в нашем номере были бесплатный мерч стаканы для кока колы. Вот это Mercure, вот это держит марку))) кондиционера для волос нет, и вообще только шампунь и гель для душа на стене в емкостях. Даже в трехзвездочных отелях есть кондиционер для волос, и швейный набор и зубная паста)) Еще девушка на рецепшене (брюнетка) при заселении была негостеприимна, общалась ‘через губу’. Из хорошего - хороший довольно разнообразный завтрак. Периодически бываем в Ростове на Дону, но этот отель не выберем - стоимость завышена за такой ‘сервис’.

Отель понравился. Во-первых, чисто. Во-вторых, комфортная кровать. В-третьих, идеальная температура в номере. В-четвертых, хорошая звукоизоляция. В-пятых, отличные завтраки. Останавливались на 1 ночь, отлично отдохнули. Рекомендую!

Отель Меркюр просто восхитителен! Я осталась в восторге от превосходного обслуживания, уютных номеров и великолепного ресторана с вкусными завтраками. Персонал был настолько дружелюбным и отзывчивым, что я чувствовала себя как дома. Расположение отеля просто идеально – в самом центре города, рядом с основными достопримечательностями. Красивый и стильный дизайн номеров и общественных зон. В номерах есть все что необходимо. Персонал очень дружелюбный и внимательный. Удобное расположение отеля в историческом центре города, не далеко парк им. Горького и набережная. Обязательно выберу его для отдыха в следующий раз!!!
