There was no hot water, and I had it repaired, but they said it was fixed, but there was no hot water, so I changed rooms.
There is little hot water in the shower.
Even if there is chipping or damage in the equipment, there are temporary repairs or parts as they are.
The floor of the shower room is soft and uneasy.

I booked this hotel after staying at the New Melati hotel and wanted somewhere better. I have been very pleased with my stay here. The hotel is clean and quite well maintained, with good WiFi, very effective AC and hot water in the rooms. I stayed in a Superior room - the size of the room is generous and the fridge has been very handy. The bed and bedding are very comfortable and the room is tidied and cleaned every day. There is a good breakfast buffet and the bubur ayam is absolutely delicious, as is the fried rice! The staff have all been very helpful and friendly too. The only downside I have thought of is that the AC resets to 18C every time I leave the room and this is far too cold - perhaps it can be made warmer as standard? If I return to Gorontalo, I would happily stay here again.
