"We stayed there for 4 nights from 29/10 and I am writing a feedback because I find the ones we can read here a little unfair or not up to date. Note that we were in wing D - 6th floor. Location: central. Cleanliness: perfect. Effective Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, even on the roof. Comfortable bed. Lots of choice for breakfast, even for Westerners. Nice swimming pool and its rooftop bar with a view of the whole city. You can even eat there and have dinner brought up. Pleasant staff and especially its manager who went out of his way to find us a scooter when there were no more at the rental companies. I would like to thank him for his extreme kindness."

"We expected much more for such value of money. The room offered for such price was without any windows, terrible, we changed but got hot and without fridge, so we decided to ask for another but they said that they can give us better but we need to write positive opinion on TripAdvisor.!!? In fact room has small balcony, fridge and window but was more expensive. The staff tried to do the best but it is so artificial, they smiled all the time but not recognised the guest so they said hallo every 5 minutes which was strange. Also the breakfast is quite terrible.you got toast but nothing else, as they have omlette, nasi, and other Indonesian staff...the mocca Caffe deserves a separate opinion as nobody is there and the food is frozen,we ended with stomach pain after the dinner which looked great but was old. The biggest problem was with bad bugs. We got a lot of itchy signs after this stay. Also they mistaken our laundry. The price for the laundry is extremely overpriced (triple).and not good at all after jungle trekking. Of course I realise that in Gorontalo there are no so many options but it should be much cheaper for that what you get! "
