Goslar is an outstanding tourist side and this Hotel adopted the highest Standards to fit to the location. The rooms are well designed showing images from this beautiful town. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not only diverse but also include many healthy options. I do not have any hesitations to recommend the hotel.

The facility was very clean and nicely decorated. However, according to the pictures we had booked another room. The current room was not worth the price of almost 160 euros.
We had problems with the heating and air conditioning.
Unfortunately the radio in the bathroom didn't work either.
The breakfast was very outstanding. Lots of choice and in my opinion there is something for everyone.
The parking space is not included in the price (10€ per night) and parking spaces can be reached outside in about 5 minutes on foot.
I think this hotel is only good for business trips.
Otherwise the bed is very comfortable and the space in it
Space is sufficient.
Unfortunately there is no refrigerator available in the room.

Completely renovated hotel, located a stone's throw from the center of Goslar, with the possibility of parking. Spacious and bright rooms, very clean. All the staff are courteous, plentiful breakfast, quality products, plenty of choice.

We stayed in Goslar for 3 nights at the Akzent Hotel-Villa-Saxer! We really enjoyed our stay. I thought it was great that we were given a parking space in the underground car park for the duration of our stay. The double room was big enough. We thought the bed was great. It wasn't too soft and not too hard. The shower in the bathroom (rain shower from the ceiling) was a real treat. Everything was on the ground floor and not separated. There was also a large balcony. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. There was nothing missing.

Easy to find nice situated hotel only few minutes walk from city center. Friendly staff. The breakfast at the hotel is the biggest selection we have ever experienced and in excellent quality! Parking possibilities are top class with lots of points for charging electrical vehicles.

We booked an apar**ent as part of the hotel! The furnishings were generous and extensive. The double bed was comfortable. In the small bathroom there are no shelves except for a drawer under the sink. The large window facing the street could only be closed with a heavy curtain, so it was always possible to look deep into the room. Despite the comparatively high price, when we asked, we were told that we had booked a "holiday apar**ent" and that cleaning and changing linen were not usual.
