Very efficient check in for a pre-booked stay with helpful English speaking staff. The room was very comfortable although there was a small gap in between the twin beds put together to form a double. The swimming pool and sauna area was very clean and a real plus point. Breakfast was very good but the toaster could be bigger and better placed. Check out was also very efficient.

Was meine ich damit? - Putz der auf Kofferhöhe aus den Gangwänden fällt - im Kühlschrank auf den Zimmern vom Vornutzer vergessen und nicht entsorgte Lebensmittel und Getränke - im besten Fall ein nur lauwarm aufgewärmtes TK Frühstück mit 90er Jugendherbergecharme - ein Spabereich in dem die Saunen nicht laufen, und seit 25 Jahren nicht mehr ein Euro investiert worden - Türen die nicht richtig schließen - unfreundliche Zimmerdamen, die einen quasi aus dem Zimmer schmeißen - Hundeurin Flecken in den Fluren ( ich weiß es weil unser gut erzogener Hund sich magisch von den Pfützen angezogen fühlte) - Der Blick aus dem Fenster erinnert eher aufgrund der notdürftig verlegten Dachpappe an Kabul oder ein Favela - Ausgebrochene 80er Waschbeton Treppenstufen vor dem Hotel, Vorsicht man kann leicht stürzen - Eine brutale überhitztes Zimmer, bei dem man die Temperaturen nicht runterregeln kann - eine unglaublich unfähige, unfreundliche und dabei noch dreiste Rezeptionistin die erst die Rechnungsumstellung nicht bewerkstelligt bekam und dann für die von ihr verursachten Verzögerung 100€ Late Check Up berechnete - das hat das Fass zum Überlaufen gebraucht. Keine schöne Erfahrung für uns. Fazit: Selten so eine Abzockbude gesehen und dazu mit noch das unfähiges und unfreundliches Personal. So muss der Eingangsbereich der Hölle aussehen… eine absolute Katastrophe, bitte das Hotel meiden, einer der wenigen Ort wo ein Atomschlag eine signifikante Verbesserung wäre…

The facility was very clean and beautifully furnished. However, according to pictures, we had booked another room. The current room was not worth the price of almost 160 euros. We had problems with heating or air conditioning. Unfortunately, the radio in the bathroom has not worked too. The breakfast was very amazing. A lot of choice and I think for everyone there. The parking is not included in the price (10€ per night) and parking facilities are available outside with about 5 walk minutes. I think this hotel is only good for business travel. Otherwise the bed is very comfortable and the place in the Room is sufficient. Unfortunately, there is no refrigerator available in the room.

There was a wedding ceremony at the hotel, so we stayed at the hotel apartment. Well, all I can say is that the apartment was amazing. All the homely essentials and well located right in the heart of the town centre next to the market platz and the train station is only 5 minutes away. There is an assortment of shops and restaurants close by too. Room was clean and had a great ambience about it.

Central location at the train station and at the entrance to the old town. The room was well furnished, the bathroom spacious with daylight. All clean and new, you have apparently used the last two years to renew the house and the facility. The breakfast buffet has a good offer, there is something for every taste. Egg food is prepared freshly on request. The staff was friendly and premature everywhere, my special thanks goes to the staff in the breakfast restaurant for the friendly and careful service.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is located over several old buildings and is full of character and charm. The room was very clean and renovated to a high standard. The bed was very comfortable and I was pleased to have a tea and coffee station in the room. Breakfast was amazing with lots of good quality food to choose from and the breakfast room was a modern glass building that had been cleverly integrated into the hotel. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming and I would highly recommend staying here.
