Shocking customer service
Hostel manager threatens guests and tries to lock you in your room at 11pm
If you try to leave the room for a cigarette outside, he tells you that you have broken (HOTEL??) more like hostel policy and cannot continue your stay and will not refund the remainder of the stay

It was better than i thought it would be. The room was big clean and tidy. The hotel could do with better decor and tidying up

Checking was a terrible experience. No card machine wanted bank tranfer which wasnt a great thing email about this came out 1hr after we checked in smelt of **** and damp .matteres on bed had seen better days very uncomfortable. Lots of different rooms which is fine but hallways cluttered with old furniture .hoovers .boxes just wasnt presentable at all

The property is conveniently located to all things in Gosport. Our first night was ok as it was quiet but the next two were noisy due to thin wall between the units.
Also, asked for a second key when checked in and never received it.
