"This is not a hotel, it is a Hostel, and a shady one at that. From the second you walk into the hotel, it gives you the feeling that anything bad can happen to you. Cleanliness I have given the room a 3 star because it came with an en suite. the floor carpets to my room looked like they needed to be replaced/fumigated/exterminated or all of the above. The attitude towards overall cleanliness of the property is "Keep doing the bare minimum to make the most money possible". Service 1. If you are checking in as a group, he will charge you £75 as a security deposit and £20 if you are by yourself. The cost to replace the dodgy keycard is £75 so do not lose it. 2. The hostel sports a microwave should you be prepared to make your way like you were looking for it through a dungeon. It is clean and not used much. 3. Bring your own cutlery and dinnerware. You do get a kettle in your room but you will have to fill the water in it from your toilet or the shower. 4. The hostel also has a communal refrigerator where the management will bear no responsibility for any lost items. The 3 days I was there, nobody kept anything in there. This should tell you the kind of a crowd this hostel attracts. 5. Mr Basha (the hotel manager/owner) says hot water is available 24/7 but the shower has been set in such a way that it does not get hot beyond a certain temperature. 6. The hotel has a free parking space you can access from Prince William Road. 7. It also has plenty of grocery shops, hotels, bars,and restaurants close by. I made the booking for this hotel through trip.com. I had to leave a day early and I asked for a refund for that day. The owner of the hotel/manager Mr Basha asked me to initiate the refund through trip.com. On initiating the refund process the same day, Mr Basha had me and trip.com chasing him for at least 4/5 days until the matter/refund was settled through trip.com. Never book the hotel by calling them/from their site. Always use trip.com or other booking sites. Trip.com were helpful, supportive and prompt in dealing with the case because they had a reputation to maintain but the owner of the hotel who Mr Basha refused to disclose do not care about your safety/security/responsibility. Avoid this hotel at all costs. I would never go back and stay in this hotel."

"I had booked for one night only for a family visit and had never been to this guest house before. I was severely delayed due to my car breaking down and waiting for recovery and a courtesy car so I was extremely late arriving. The host could not have been more understanding and kind and made me very welcome nonetheless. I had booked one of the two rooms rather than the apartments - it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent -a very generous selection of self service items (not cooked). I would definitely stay there again."
