The location of the hotel is very good, near to the outlet and the staff are nice.
Recommend to book the Mt. Fuji view room, the view is great, but you can also see Mt. Fuji at the lobby.

We chose the Fuji View Room. We opened the door and looked directly at a large window facing Mount Fuji. It felt very good. The hot spring venue was like a club and it was so comfortable. The happiest thing was that we woke up and saw Mount Fuji. We were very lucky to see it both days. Yes, I have heard from friends that you may not be able to see Mount Fuji because there are too many clouds. It is more convenient to go out of the restaurant and take the elevator directly to the Gotemba outlet. After shopping, you can go straight back to the restaurant. It’s super decent.
