The BBQ dinner was delicious, and the simple breakfast was also well-balanced! Even if you cook yourself, the facilities are complete, which I'm very satisfied with 👍🏻 I really loved it! The best part was waking up to a view of Mount Fuji from my room, and having breakfast with a view of Mount Fuji again – it made me so happy! 😃 It's convenient if you have a car; it's a 7-minute drive to Gotemba Premium Outlets and a 7-8 minute drive to the supermarket."

The rooms are large in size, the toiletries are of good quality, and the design and layout of the hotel lobby and other public spaces are also great! I must develop the habit of making reservations in advance when I go to Japan in the future. "Excellent location with an epic view of Mt Fuji. Guests are welcomed to a stunning view of Mt Fuji during check in at the hotel lobby. For those room with the Mt Fuji view, one wakes up to the striking view of Mt Fuji in the morning. Room is simple but clean. Although the public bath is operated as a commercial entity, it is clean and well maintained. The only compliant is the weak presentation of the breakfast."

"This hotel is super convenient, less than 2 km from Gotemba Premium Outlets, and a taxi ride is only about 1000 yen. There's a 7-Eleven and a McDonald's nearby, plus a really delicious local cake shop (see picture). On a clear day, you can even see Mount Fuji, and it's much quieter and less crowded than Tokyo. The hotel manager at the front desk is so welcoming and helpful, and the female staff member was also very friendly to foreigners – it really felt like a home away from home. Breakfast was good too, especially the local milk and yogurt; they're incredibly rich and definitely worth trying!"
