"I happened to experience a 5.8 magnitude earthquake in the Fuji Five Lakes area. The whole room shook violently, and all the bottles and jars on the table fell to the floor. Surprisingly, the hotel was completely fine after the quake. The earthquake resistance is truly impressive! 👍 If it hadn't been for the earthquake, I'd say this hotel is incredibly convenient. It's easy to get to Gotemba for shopping, and the bus service to and from Tokyo is also very accessible. My only regret is that I didn't get to see Mount Fuji 🗻"

"In order to climb Mount Fuji, I had to walk, so I stayed at this hotel near Gotemba. The location is not convenient, but it has the advantages of price and service. I checked in late and the front desk was very polite and explained the hot spring opening hours and breakfast time. Although the room is not big, the overall feeling is very clean. Breakfast It's very authentic Japanese food and it's delicious."

"The room we booked for triple bed is very huge and spacious. It is very well maintained and the staff is ready to welcome you right from their entrance. The check-in and check-out process are smooth n seamless. We booked the room with mount Fuji view and we were very luckily to get to see it on the day we checked out. The viewing room at level 12 offers a clearer view of Mount Fuji. The hotel is also very near to the bus stop where you can take the free shuttle bus to Gotemba premium outlet or highway bus to Tokyo. Overall it is a very pleasant stay and we will definitely choose it again if we ever come back to Gotemba."

"This hotel is super convenient, located just a minute or two's walk from Gotemba Station. To get to Gotemba Premium Outlets, you can catch the free shuttle bus right from the station plaza, which runs every fifteen minutes. Check-in and check-out are self-service via a machine that offers a Chinese language option. Toiletries are available for self-collection in the lobby. Breakfast is free and, while simple, it's great that they offer a good selection of vegetables. The rooms are quite small, perfect for solo travelers. There's also a fantastic yakiniku restaurant nearby!"
