Very happy to choose this Hotel for our 4 nights stay.
GGuest UserThe hotel breakfast was delicious, especially the clam rice! 👍 The room wasn't huge, but I could see Mount Fuji from the window when I opened the curtains in the morning. I stayed for three days and went to the outlet mall all three days, but didn't find much. The best udon noodles were at the food court; I'd come back to Gotemba just for that udon! There's a free shuttle from the hotel to the outlets and also a free shuttle to Lake Kawaguchiko, but the earliest one is at 8:30 AM. The earliest shuttle to Lake Yamanakako is at 7:45 AM, which is too late to catch the sunrise. Next time, I'll book a hotel in Lake Yamanakako for two nights.
GGuest UserThe environment was very comfortable and chill. The tents were spotless, the private bathroom was impeccably clean, and the shower had great water pressure. The BBQ dinner was delicious, and the simple breakfast was also well-balanced! Even if you cook yourself, the facilities are complete, which I'm very satisfied with 👍🏻 I really loved it!
The best part was waking up to a view of Mount Fuji from my room, and having breakfast with a view of Mount Fuji again – it made me so happy! 😃
It's convenient if you have a car; it's a 7-minute drive to Gotemba Premium Outlets and a 7-8 minute drive to the supermarket.
CCHENG CHIN ENGPoor language for front desk.
Bad face show us when check in.
Need improve in communicate with customer.
Bad attitude showing on lady with Wearing glasses.
Very bad experience for us.
Make a trouble for our family with kids.
Will definely NOT COME BACK AGAIN.
HHEIN THANHTOOThe room was very noisy, I was tired and slept well at night, so I skipped breakfast. Next time I come, I will eat breakfast without skipping it. Dinner is not bad. I was given yaki onigiri or cup noodles, which made me feel full and I fell asleep. I am not hungry at night anymore.
AAnonymous UserThe twin room was spacious and bright with two windows, but unfortunately we couldn't see Mt. Fuji due to the clouds.
We were able to use the large public bath on the first floor, which was very pleasant.
It was a shame that the welcome drink time had passed while we were out for dinner. I wish we could have enjoyed it after checking in.
I was happy with the coffee service next to the front desk.
AAvimanThe hotel location is very easy, right outside the Gotemba station. They offered free breakfast buffet with great variety of Japanese and English breakfast options. They even offered a free drink an curry rice meal for dinner as our stay. The hotel room offered an excellent view of Mount Fuji as you can see in the picture included .
GGuest UserI stayed here for a business trip. The service was excellent, very attentive and friendly. It's close to the station, and there's a large supermarket right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. The room rate was affordable, but I was satisfied with everything. P.S. The nearby supermarket doesn't provide free chopsticks, but the hotel thoughtfully placed disposable chopsticks next to the microwave, which was a very nice touch!
GGuest UserEvery year when I visit Tokinosumika, I see this accommodation. I've always wanted to stay there, and my dream finally came true. The inside was spacious, and the kids absolutely loved it! Being able to use the Kirakubo baths as much as we wanted was the absolute best part! The only thing was that the lighting felt a bit dim, but that was fine too. I definitely want to stay here again!!
QQuo LeI wasn't particularly particular about what I wanted, but I just wanted a place to sleep in a bed and have breakfast, so I found this place and booked it that day.
There was a self-service coffee machine and ice maker, and plenty of amenities. There was a large public bath, so I enjoyed it with my children.
The breakfast had a good selection of Japanese and Western food. The receptionist was also kind, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind.
The view of Mt. Fuji from the window was beautiful, which was amazing.
I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity!
