I used the elevator many times during my stay at the hotel a few days ago. I found that the carpet in the elevator was uneven and formed waves. During the use, I tripped and fell many times, causing discomfort and danger. Although I was not injured, I felt that using the lift was not safe enough. Every time I used the lift after that, I was careful not to step on the uneven carpet, but I still tripped from time to time. More seriously, this carpet condition may pose a greater risk to elderly or disabled guests with limited mobility. A fall in a lift can result in serious injury. Therefore, I immediately complained to the hotel reception and asked to have the lift carpet inspected. Unexpectedly, a few days passed and the problem still did not improve. In order to ensure the safety of all guests when using the lift, we hereby file a complaint regarding this matter. We hope that the hotel can immediately inspect and repair the carpet to avoid greater accidents.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the outlet shuttle bus. The breakfast is also delicious. You can enjoy Mount Fuji while eating. It's great.

This time I stayed for 4 consecutive nights. When I checked in, I told the front desk that the bed sheets made my skin itchy during my last stay. However, the response I got was very perfunctory. The other party said that they change the bed sheets every day and left me my room number. I was embarrassed and wanted to change the subject and ask me if the earthquake in Taiwan was okay? 🥺Actually, the experience is not very good. Do Not Disturb - No cleaning will be requested and no refill of toilet paper will be left, bath towels, washcloths, toothbrushes and combs and a trash bag will be provided. The location is very convenient. There is a supermarket across the road and Uniqlo and Daiso.
