Amazing
NNKSSA great hotel with quietness and space. We got upgraded. We had our private onsen. There is a room in 12/F to see mt Fuji. We accidentally left some items when we checked out and Daisuke Fujitsuka was very helpful. He assisted to our needs either patience and great service. He’s one of the best staff we have seen in there. Thanks.
GGuest UserI had a great stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and I got breakfast and a complimentary drink per day included. My room had a view on Mount Fuji which I climbed up during my stay! It’s only a 5 minute walk away from Gotemba station where the busses to Fuji depart. I will stay here again if I come back.
AAnonymous UserIt was my first time staying here. The room was big enough and the decoration was very exquisite! Very artistic! There was also a beautiful Chinese receptionist! Highly recommended! I will definitely come back next time! It was really good.
YYuuhi TenshiThis hotel has a shuttle bus service that requires reservations. They said that they would not accept guests who are late. But it turned out that the staff came to pick me up in a private car. I was scared to death.
I originally booked this hotel because I could enjoy the view of Mount Fuji while soaking in the hot spring in the room..
But I finally found out that I had to go to the front desk to sign up on a first-come, first-served basis before I could go to the designated room. Fortunately, the sky was cloudy on the two days I checked in, otherwise I would have been extremely disappointed. But I think this is a translation error, and I hope the relevant parties will correct it as soon as possible.
The hotel staff are very friendly and kind. The breakfast is so rich that I can't finish it (plus I added sushi, wagyu burgers and crab sticks). They can also help me make reservations for horse riding experiences nearby. Thank you so much^^
GGuest UserThe hotel rooms are on the smaller side; there's only enough space to fully open one 24-inch suitcase. However, some rooms offer stunning views of Mount Fuji from their windows. There's a complimentary hot spring (onsen) available. The location is a bit remote, so to get to Gotemba Premium Outlets, you'll need to ask the front desk to arrange a taxi, which costs approximately 1100 JPY. The Outlets themselves feature many major brands, offering fantastic shopping with very friendly prices, including numerous Japan-exclusive items. For a quick meal, a McDonald's is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk away.
RRiguidengshanmeishimeijingThe room has a direct view of Mount Fuji. Breakfast starts at 7 am, and I missed it for two days. 😥 One day I had to take the 6:45 am bus to Subashiriguchi 5th Station, and one day I had to catch the 7:05 am train... The hotel also increased the daily free draft beer, and I drank it both days. 🙏 Thank you very much. 🤗
EEvelynIn order to climb Mount Fuji, I had to walk, so I stayed at this hotel near Gotemba. The location is not convenient, but it has the advantages of price and service. I checked in late and the front desk was very polite and explained the hot spring opening hours and breakfast time. Although the room is not big, the overall feeling is very clean. Breakfast It's very authentic Japanese food and it's delicious.
QQuo LeI wasn't particularly particular about what I wanted, but I just wanted a place to sleep in a bed and have breakfast, so I found this place and booked it that day.
There was a self-service coffee machine and ice maker, and plenty of amenities. There was a large public bath, so I enjoyed it with my children.
The breakfast had a good selection of Japanese and Western food. The receptionist was also kind, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind.
The view of Mt. Fuji from the window was beautiful, which was amazing.
I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity!
GGuest UserMt. Fuji was right in front of us and the view was great, but the TV was small and very hard to see.
There was also mold on the ceiling and walls and the bathroom smelled bad, which was a bit unpleasant.
The woman at reception was very kind and pleasant to deal with.
Thank you very much.
GGuest UserWe ended up staying overnight at short notice and made a reservation for around 7:30pm on the day, but they were already ready and accommodating.
The bath was really nice.
There were a lot of high school students there on a training camp, but they were all very polite and well-behaved, so we didn't mind the student group at all.
We borrowed the board game Life and played it with our family every night.
