Everything else is fine! However, the attitude of handling the wrong thing (charge me more money) is unflattering! The front desk clerk refused again and again! Make some childish excuses! It’s incomprehensible! (Also, the bullying method is really abominable! I was overcharged and asked to send an email to your company to handle it! If I can't send an email to your company, am I admitting that you were wrong? , I can’t get back the money you overcharged me!)

Great location, friendly staff and a nice and clean room. There is an underground car park right next door - it's worth booking online as you can save a few euros.

Friendly staff. Room was fine. Good breakfast. Evening food limited but acceptable. It's so close to many eating places in city centre that they would be pressed to offer more.

2 nachten geboekt met ontbijt. kamer was prima, groot met een inloopdouche en een apart toilet. Personeel was overal erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Minpunt vonden wij de bar: 0 sfeer, geen cocktails op de kaart. Personeel doet zijn best, maar ze moeten ook het eten uitserveren bij het diner. Als je voor 2 Aperol en 1 gin tonic meer dan € 30,00 betaalt mag je toch wel een schijfje sinaasappel cq citroen verwachten. 2e avond ook geen zin meer om terug te gaan en dat hoeft ook niet want in Gouda zijn genoeg leuke plekken om wat te drinken, maar wel een gemiste kans. Ligging van het hotel is ideaal en de q park onder het hotel is super en voor 2 dagen betaalden wij € 24,00, met korting via het hotel. Dat is redelijk.

Close to the center and quiet in the evening at night. Nice spacious room, hotel looks well maintained.
Staff/reception could be a little more customer friendly. Didn't really think it was a warm welcome. Our double bed, which we specially requested and paid 10 euros extra for, was sagging and long since needed to be replaced. Breakfast quite busy for the facilities, which was just fine.

Great hotel both for Business and leisure. Carparking in adjacent building and Quick accessoires from main roads. City centre with cheese Market and churcg Just minutes away. Spacious room, extensive breakfast, nice staff! Loved the historical entourage, pictures and glass stained windows.

Nice, centrally located hotel with good parking facilities, easily accessible coming into the town. Large comfortable and stylish rooms and efficient staff. The breakfast is pretty good if rather pricy. Would recommend for a business trip or as a base for a city trip.
