In favor, it is central, modern decoration looks nice. Cons: very little equipped and lacking maintenance. It lacks kitchenware, some chairs on the terrace, a clothesline that is not broken, a very complicated parking space... It is not a bad option to stay a few days in Granada but surely you can find better accommodation for the same price.

Very impressed with our lovely apartment in a quiet area of Granada. Clean, modern & well equipped including washing machine, iron, hairdryer, kettle, 2 ring hob, microwave etc. Very comfortable memory foam beds. Loads of storage space in this spacious apartment. Excellent supply of hot water for showering. Easy to find & the underground parking a big advantage in Granada. Additional cost for parking but very reasonable compared to other accommodations in the city. Short walk to bus stop & tourist train pick up point. Local taxis very reasonably priced, 5-6€ to Alhambra Palaces.
