"Location wise is excellent, in central and close to a bus station. Private bathroom for each room is a plus instead of one centralized bathroom for all. There is also a common space downstairs. Staff are gorgeous. A cafe is also downstairs if anyone fancy a breakfast or dinner. The hostel is also a host of many activities."

"The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel had a retro and charming vibe; standing in the lobby felt like stepping back into the 1950s or 60s, with a warm overall color scheme. The rooms were large with balconies, and the standard twin rooms were a rare find in Europe. There was a convenience store right outside, and the location was very close to the main street. It was the most satisfying hotel of the trip, but unfortunately, it was also the one I stayed at for the shortest time."

"If you don’t want to ruin your mood during your trip, don’t stay here. I chose several Meliá hotels during my Spain trip to experience a trusted Spanish brand. But after staying here, I canceled all my other Meliá bookings. The reason was simple — the reception was shockingly rude, especially a staff member named Elda. Everything else about the hotel was fine. The rooms were clean, the lounge was great, and the location was convenient. But the reception completely ruined the experience. Elda never greeted me. She didn’t confirm my booking details or explain anything about the room or hotel services. The first thing she said was that I needed to provide another credit card if I wanted to check in. Only after I asked did she mention it was for a deposit. Afterward, I checked Google reviews and saw that this issue has been mentioned for years, yet nothing has changed. "The hotel room was super clean and the location is just next to the Alhambra palace. The staff was very nice. As the room was not ready when we reached around 11am so they kept our bags. When we came back around 1pm after lunch, they checked us in. The breakfast was good. Everything was great and undoubtedly one of the best experiences."

"Good location, the whole building of the hostel is newly built, the multi-person bed is separated from the wood, it can be locked after closing the hatch, and there is light color control in the cabin. The cleanliness is high, the kitchen and the friendship hall are behind the front desk, there is a refrigerator, the refrigeration temperature is enough, and the cooking is convenient. There is a 24-hour front desk. Self check-in is convenient, but still need to check in online in advance. Toilet bathroom clean, because there is no window, so the air is not very circulating, pay attention to the hot and cold water instructions of the water pipe sometimes opposite. Luggage storage after check-out is charged."

"The beds are clean, new with the building, bright and comfortable with lighting. However, there are no towels and no hair dryers. The front desk closes at 21:00. Toilet paper was not replenished until morning. But the price is cheap, so it's good."

"We were a party of three, staying in a room with two single beds and a sofa bed. The cleanliness was acceptable. There's a large supermarket about a 5-minute walk away where we had dinner, and the prices were fair. Right next to the hotel, about a 3-minute walk, there's a bus stop for the bus to Granada Airport, which costs €3.1 per person. You can take bus route 32 to the Alhambra. Walking to the Cathedral takes about 15-20 minutes. Overall, the transportation is convenient. This was the cheapest hotel I stayed at in Spain and offered the best value for money. There's also a restaurant right next to the hotel with delicious food."

"This hotel location is excellent. Staff is very helful and thoughful in handling difficult situation. We left our Passport when disembarking the plane and hotel staff help to call the respective airlines and arrange a taxi for us to pick up our passports from the Airport. Very experience hotel front desk staff which touch both my wife and my heart. A big shout out to this hotel staff."
