GGuest UserThe location is particularly good, just upstairs in the chocolate shop in the lively city center. If you store your luggage, you have to go to another store in his house. If you don't store it, you can check in directly. It is very convenient and simple. The room is large, and the washing machine and dishwasher are complete. The only problem is that the hot water cannot be washed all the time. If there are many people, it may have to be washed the next morning. But I still like this hotel very much.

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and sanitary. There is drinking water and snacks downstairs. There are shops nearby, which is convenient. Self-driving parking is in the basement downstairs of the hotel, and there is an administrator in the basement. Most attractions are within walking distance. In addition to the Alhambra Palace, the churches and monasteries in Granada are worth seeing.

SShiyexingkongGranada is entirely walkable, haha! I actually considered taking a taxi to some further attractions at one point. But when I asked the front desk how to get to the sights, they just said 'city walk.' My travel companion also thought it wasn't too far to walk, so we decided to go for it and treat it as exercise. We had an early morning appointment at the Alhambra, and the streets were completely empty, making Granada feel so peaceful and quiet. The hotel front desk staff were great; they proactively gave us a map and marked out our route.

10 out of 10. The location is super, 10 minutes walk to the historical center. Clean, underground parking for a fee. Breakfasts are great, the staff is very friendly. The room with windows to the courtyard is quiet, no noise.

LLilysisterThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Alhambra and within walking distance. The room had a fantastic view of the distant mountains from the window, with ivy growing on the windowsill, which I absolutely loved. The restaurant and service were also great 👍

GGuest UserLocation was fantastic, within the limits of the city centre and walking distance to everything including the Alhambra. Logistically it was just a bit too far for the long distance buses or train station but that's more to do with the layout of the city. The room was amazing - very generous sizing, quiet, light and comfortable. The bathroom itself was bigger than a hotel room for the same price in e.g. Paris. Check-in was a bit of a hassle as the place was not staffed round the clock but it was only a 5 min wait.

GGuest UserWe had a good stay in the hotel. It’s very near to the train station, around 4-6 mins walk. The staff is also very accommodating and nice. On our check in day we were greeted by this male reception, he was nice and he helped us typed out a letter to state our time of arrival in the hotel as we had our luggage delivered after being lost during our Vueling flight from London to Malaga and our insurance company was asking for it due to some claims. The staff also assisted me in calling Vueling using their phone a few times, thank you.
The rooms were nice too and it’s very spacious. They had a gym and spa, we enjoyed using both. There ha a bus stop outside the hotel, about 5 mins ride to the Cathedral and if you choose to walk, it’s about 20 min. Lots of eating places around the hotel too.
Highly recommended for your stay in Granada. ☺️

Service - The hotel offered us champagne and cookies as we left a note that we’re spending our honeymoon in Spain.
Location - perfect location if you want to visit Alhambra. 2 mins walking distance to the entry. Highly recommend the night visit to the Nasrid.
Transportation - with Freenow app we can easily call a taxi and get around.

GGuest UserThe location is very good. It is right next to the bus station. There is a McDonald's and a large supermarket about 50 meters away. There is a tabacos store 30 meters away where you can buy bus cards directly. There is a bus stop at the door and it takes 20 minutes to get to the city center. Recommended to stay

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a prime location, just a dozen minutes' walk from the most important attraction, the Alhambra Palace, and surrounded by prosperous businesses, which is very convenient. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean, and the bathroom is large, but the isolation door of the bathroom is too short, only half a person's height, and it is not fixed, so it is easy to splash water.
