MM638674****The hygiene, environment, and service were all excellent. However, the bunk bed was too low; you couldn't sit upright on the bottom bunk. There was only one chair in the room, but I think that's fine. The light in the bathroom was sound-activated, and since it was a wet room (shower and toilet combined), it would turn off quickly while using the toilet or showering. Especially during a longer shower, I had to reactivate the sound sensor 7 or 8 times.🙂↕️

SSavannah DubienThe hostel is in a great location. Great amenities including a full kitchen, free tea, a seating area with couches and a large kitchen table to sit at. The beds are very confortable and the washrooms are clean and new. Staff are kind and very helpful. I wasn’t a fan of the company they used for activities and they didn’t have any « home » activities while I was there, probably since it’s off-season.

GGuest UserYou need to climb the slope before you get to the hotel, but the entrance to the Alhambra Palace is within walking distance and very convenient. The hotel has a reassuring atmosphere like a grandparent's house, if you compare it. From the veranda you can see a little bit of the edge of the Alhambra Palace. Thank you very much.

GGuest UserVery good extra bed room. It is very close to the train station and the Alhambra Palace. It is only a short walk away. The front desk was warm and thoughtful, and patiently showed us the way and recommended restaurants. English is good and communication is smooth. Not bad.

OOleTClean. Location is very convenient. There is a drinking machine in the hall, it turned out to be very useful for me, as I was wet under the rain and was able to buy hot water for tea. Accordingly, all drinks and water are not free. On this all the benefits. Disappointed the look. I expected that you could go out to the balcony. In fact, the balcony goes out into the inner courtyard to the neighboring windows and the air conditioner box, so even the curtains don't open. Not too friendly staff met at the reception desk. For a short stay it is normal if only to stay in the room

LLna GlennThe hotel was very comfortable, both for staff, facilities and location. The staff was very friendly and informed us well of all the service they counted on. The room was clean, warm and everything worked properly. The only defect was that in the shower mampara the water was filtered a little and a little attached. I had to go carefully not to overflow out.
We don't pay for any meal, but your service has a community kitchen with free coffee, tea and drinks.
The hotel is located in the centre of the city, close to all the important monuments.
I recommend 100% if you look for something good and cheap
