Granada Hotels with Gym

I booked the penthouse suite, and it was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded my expectations in every way. The exterior was charmingly antique, while the interior boasted all the modern amenities one could need, including an electric toilet and touch-screen controls for lighting and air conditioning. The bar and restaurant were superb; every dish was a hit. The waiter was incredibly enthusiastic when introducing the food and drinks, clearly showing his passion for his work. The service was worlds ahead of other hotels in the world. If my travel plans weren't already booked and couldn't be changed, I would have loved to stay here for a week.

The room decor was quite new, simple yet stylish, and the room itself was larger than those I stayed in previously in Barcelona and Seville. The rooftop restaurant offers a great view. I carelessly left my bag at the restaurant, and by the time I remembered, it was already closed. Late at night, I called the front desk, and the lady with blue glasses at the front desk actively helped me, saying she would inform all colleagues to help look for my bag. She also mentioned she would check with the kitchen staff as soon as they started work the next day. The next morning, before dawn, I went to the front desk, and the lady had already found my bag for me. What a relief! My heartfelt thanks to the hotel and restaurant staff for their enthusiastic help. This hotel is highly recommended.

Good location, good service, comfortable beds, two very fluffy pillows. The room was very quiet, although it didn't have windows to the outside. There's a small rooftop pool, but it's enough to cool down after walking around the city, with a fridge and plenty of storage. The shower is a bit strange, and water tends to splash everywhere. They have parking for €25/day, and they'll bring your car out for you whenever you need it. I didn't like that on the last day we were given a towel with a noticeable hole. But overall, it was excellent. The views from the rooftop are magnificent.

The hotel is very good and good location... but we had a problem because we booked and asked for a wedding bed but when checking in they told us it was not possible... instead of having the courtesy of looking for us options they asked us to pay for. more for one top room that was exactly the same as the other

Ctrip's hotel was very convenient. It didn't realize the plan. Because the itinerary changed, the hotel that was found on Ctrip and booking on the same day, compared with Ctrip, the price is good, and it is clearer than booking.

Hotel staff were very friendly and the front desk readily offers help. Location quite good- its at the foot of the Albaicin area yet just 2-3 minutes from Gran Via (Granada’s main street). Walked to everywhere except going up to Alhambra (just because I wanted to skip the uphill climb - but I walked down). Be warned that the pictures showing a balcony to your room may refer to an inner balcony, not necessarily one that has an external view. Not something u might want to open for privacy reasons.

Very good price, situated in very close area to Alhambra. Not having to drive to narrow street of Granada is a plus. Have own paid parking spaces. Unfortunately, we are stuck in Doha because of ongoing middle east situation during March 2026, we try to apply for a refund with the hotel but they won’t allow us. Trip.com offered us a compensation paying out their own pockets even when the hotel won’t give us anything back. Kudos to trip.com

Well, the truth is that everything is great, both the room, which is very large, especially the bed. It's very close to the city center, a 10-minute bus ride to the Alhambra, and about a 20-minute walk to Gran Via. The breakfast is very extensive, they have everything. For us, so far, it's the one with the most breakfast options of any hotel we've stayed in. It's very quiet; you can't hear anything in the room, and the TV is large. If we go to Granada again, we'll definitely return to this hotel... The only thing is that the pool was being renovated, so we couldn't swim in it, but we didn't mind because we went sightseeing and were hardly at the hotel. They're very attentive to making sure nothing is missing from breakfast, constantly replenishing and cleaning. Cleanliness is a 10, customer service is a 10, rooms are a 10, service is a 10. I don't usually rate hotels, but in this case, it deserves it because of how good it is...

The hotel was basic but well located close to the long-distance train station, right outside a bus stop that would take you straight into the historic centre, and not far from the Metro either. The staff were very friendly although the hotel was a little run down in appearance.

Room was clean, reception staff very helpful. Used as a base for visiting local area. Well placed for the metro.
