GGuest UserOur stay at the hotel was fantastic! The service, especially from Maria, Cristina, Ricki, and another helpful gentleman whose name I didn't catch, made us feel completely at home. Our room was new, clean, and spacious, providing a peaceful retreat. Just a short 5-minute walk to the Alhambra Palace, the location is ideal. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and serene environment!

XXiaofeizhuThe hotel's location is unbeatable, right across from El Corte Inglés with plenty of dining options nearby, and it's convenient for visiting attractions. The rooms are spacious, perfect for both adults and children. Google Maps can be misleading when navigating to the hotel, often directing you down a very narrow alleyway when the hotel is actually on the main street. I recommend navigating to El Corte Inglés first, then driving across to the hotel. You can temporarily park at the hotel entrance to unload luggage, and they offer free valet parking. Overall, highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to the cathedral. It's a short walk to the Alhambra and Albaicín, and there's a Carrefour nearby, along with plenty of cafes. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming; they gave us great tips on local attractions and recommended some fantastic restaurants. The hotel breakfast was also very generous – definitely one of the best we had on this European trip.

Mmarti.greenMy experience at this hotel was excellent from the very first moment. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making you feel very welcome. The room was spotless, comfortable, and with attention to every detail.
The facilities (pool, common areas, restaurant) are very well maintained and create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it 100%. It's a place where you can really see they take care of their guests!

AAggieDSHotel staff were very friendly and the front desk readily offers help. Location quite good- its at the foot of the Albaicin area yet just 2-3 minutes from Gran Via (Granada’s main street). Walked to everywhere except going up to Alhambra (just because I wanted to skip the uphill climb - but I walked down). Be warned that the pictures showing a balcony to your room may refer to an inner balcony, not necessarily one that has an external view. Not something u might want to open for privacy reasons.

1. Only stairs are available in the main entrance , no guidance to use side entrance if you have heavy luggages. Staff are not even helping/ guiding you to use side entrance via car park. I only know it when I ask. And they can see us clearly carrying two big luggages.
2. Staff are not friendly, you won’t feel welcome at all. The room is just average. There are no restaurants/ supermarkets nearby.
