房間設計以白色石材和玻璃為主，線條簡潔，有一定設計感，是個亮點，但是並不是特別實用，房間內全部採用玻璃門，開關和進出都要比較小心。窗户隔音特別差，晚上能聽到路上經過的每一輛車。早餐比較貴，沒有在酒店吃。酒店有個小院子，比較舒適，但由於這幾天下雨，也沒有多看。酒店位置交通比較方便，到主教堂、阿爾罕布拉宮步行30分鐘以內都可到達。總體來説，性價比不是太高。

Very friendly. Like a 5-star hotel, the staff will direct you to your room.
It's small, but well-appointed, and above all, the exterior of the hotel is really beautiful.
Dinner on the terrace is perfect in taste and atmosphere.
However, it seems that the facility is broken in every corner.
The water was leaking little by little from the bathtub in the bathroom and the thermostat was broken, so I had a hard time.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a most enjoyable stay. We drove here and when we arrived I ran into the hotel leaving the car on the pavement outside as we couldn't find the parking. The gentleman on the reception desk offered valet parking immediately which we were grateful for. The hotel is well placed for everything in Granada. Walking distance into the centre with its array of tapas bars and a short taxi ride to the Alhambra which the hotel organised for us. They also organised tickets for a Flamenco show and a taxi for us. We found all staff, with the exception of one, to be extremely helpful and professional. We ate in the restaurant on our first evening and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We had the ceviche to start (portion size is more than adequate to share) which was delicious and would highly recommend. Would definitely recommend.

Este precioso hotel de lujo ocupa un palacio del siglo XIX, está situado a 650 metros de la catedral de Granada y alberga un spa. El edificio, declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, también cuenta con un jardín con fuentes de estilo árabe. Lovely stay. Conveniently located close to everything to walk to. Staff were excellent but rooms and bathrooms need a bit of work but were good. (like my room didnt have a bedside table but my kids did).

The hotel is breathtaking. Near restaurants and historic sites. Special thanks to Javi for all the assistance. Spa was amazing! Please add Netflix option. Loved the Carmella restaurants nearby. Javi found us excellent gluten free options.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic, the room was beautiful in the old palace and had everything we needed. I had a spa and facial which was a great pampering session. Breakfast in the restaurant was buffet style but you could also ask for dishes to be cooked for you, really good food. We also had an evening meal in the restaurant, I would highly recommend. The location is also good for sightseeing. 10/10. The staff were helpful and friendly. I wanted to say a big thank you to Alba on reception who helped us with a problem with our flights. If Hospes hotels run an employee of the month Alba should definitely win for all of the support she gave us .
