The property is cheap, very conveniently located and the wifi is great. Other than that, it's not great. The sinks, toilets, and bathroom doors were falling apart. It's fine if you're spending a night or two in Granada and have limited funds, but otherwise you should look elsewhere.

Cheap & in a great location but that's where the good things stop. Firstly you pick the keys up from Pension Maltilde which is opposite not an issue. But the 3 flights of stairs with no lift is. Continental breakfast is advertised but i wouldn't even call it that - it's basically a piece of bread with butter and jam! Oh and some warm orange juice if you want that...this 'breakfast' also takes place in Pension Matilde. Neither of which is mentioned on ***********. So if you find it hard to walk up stairs, have loads of luggage etc you will struggle. Going to a different place for breakfast is also a pain in the **** & again wasn't advertised. My room was ok, bed was comfy & pillows were great. It also had aircon which was the biggest plus of the room. The towel rail was hanging off the wall as was the main light fixture. My bed sheets weren't changed once in the 6 nights i was there...the window in my room didn't shut proberly so it could be noisy at night for those of you who don't wear earplugs & at one point the Male receptionist walked past my window to access a aircon unit outside - my bedroom window was open but thankfully i had clothes on - no idea why he didn't think to warn me 1st.... My room door also creaked so going to the bathroom in the early hours felt like i was waking everyone else up. The bathrooms were always clean - not always the hostels fault - people are disgusting in bathrooms that aren't there own....however 1 bathroom had ants in it constantly & the same bathroom door didn't shut unless you forced it which meant people either didn't bother or woke people up trying...The guy at reception did allow me to use their phone when i left mine somewhere which was very nice of him & there is a supermarket around the corner which is very handy & it's close to everything. Overall for the price i paid it was OK but i would definitely look to stay somewhere else next time i visit Granada

Nous y sommes allés en mars 2020. Chambre pourtant réservée à l'avance, sale et très bruyante, lit inconfortable, située dans un bâtiment annexe. Petit-déjeuner à éviter, café imbuvable dans une salle commune très glauque. Nous avions réservé 3 nuits payables d'avance mais y sommes restés une seule car nous avons dû abréger notre séjour en raison du début du confinement en Espagne. J'ai demandé le remboursement d'une seule nuit, la proprio (ou gérante) m'a affirmé qu'elle allait nous en rembourser deux, selon elle c'était bien normal et que la somme serait virée sur mon compte. Aucune nouvelle depuis et pas de réponse à mes mails... Bref, pas cher mais trop pour leur prestation minable et leur malhonnêteté.

No tenía pensado escribir ninguna opinión independientemente de la experiencia, dado que pagué 20€ por habitación individual + desayuno, y sabía lo que me podía esperar. No obstante: Al llegar a la recepción (que es en otro edificio) me cambiaron la reserva (según la dueña, se había ocupado...) . Me ubicaron en una habitación con lavabo (que no aseo, solo lavabo), que resultó estar suelto y que inspiraba poca confianza. El edificio es histórico, por llamarlo de alguna manera, y huele como tal, a viejo, a humedad y un poquito a pis El aseo esta lleno de hormigas, y al ducharme se me cayó el palo de la cortina en la cabeza. Afortunadamente estoy hecho un toro y no hubo nada que lamentar. Se oye TODO lo que ocurre en el edificio, hasta lo más sórdido. También lo que pasa en la calle, pues las ventanas no sellan bien. No probé el desayuno, pues había quedado para desayunar, aunque por los comentarios siento que no me perdí gran cosa. Pese a que no se puede fumar en las instalaciones, nada más entrar me veo al marido de la dueña con otro amigote dándole duro al cigarro y a lo que creo que era anis en una salita contigua. Por lo demás, la dueña se mostró correcta y servicial, flexible con el check out y dispuesta a guardarme más maletas si lo precisaba PD: casi se me olvida. A la 1 de la madrugada me despiertan los chillidos de la dueña y su hija. Al parecer había otros inquilinos en el edificio. En boca de la hija: "Mamá, esto no lo he visto yo en mi vida". Cucarachas grandes como conejos. Tuve la suerte de no topar con ninguna.
