Good overall. Excellent breakfast but very expensive. Large room but the two single beds had wheels and did not stay still. A big mistake.

Well, nice hotel not far from the city center, I was not able to enjoy the pool which was closed, but it was a nice 30 degrees outside, I was not able to enjoy breakfast either so I can't comment on it. An improvement would be to put some type of fan in the bathroom and improve the internet connection, which was very poor. Very comfortable bed with the Pikolin, very spacious rooms.

The exterior of the hotel is good and the staff is friendly. However, the bed in the room moved and there were no amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste. The refrigerator was broken and did not function at all. Breakfast was mediocre

The lobby is beautiful and nice. It is one of the tallest buildings nearby, so the view is great. It's a bit far from other nearby tourist spots, but I think it's good for people who don't like crowds.

Viaje con persona de 90 años. El cuarto de baño dispone de bañera normal, no plato de ducha, sin asideros para entrar o salir de forma segura. En reserva había especificado que celebrábamos 90 cumpleaños de mi madre, y solicitaba una habitación bien situada con buenas vistas. Después de verla, lo indiqué en recepción pero no me la cambiaron. ¿de verdad no tienen habitaciones con ducha y mejores vistas para una reserva de una persona de NOVENTA años?. Limpieza: un vaso sucio en minibar. Al día siguiente, al llegar por la noche, los vasos que habíamos usado estaban tal cual en el mismo sitio. Otros detalles no importantes: de un 4 * esperaba al menos un bombón (cumpleaños). También echamos de menos los toiletries, la bandejita con el típico jaboncito, gorrito ducha, etc. Nos arrepentimos de haberle regalado a mi madre esa "experiencia" en un bonito hotel de 4 estrellas, que no fue 4 estrellas en absoluto.
