The location is great and the staff are warm and friendly. The facilities are a bit outdated.

The hotel is located in a very central area, it is less than 5 minutes from the cathedral and you can walk to all the points of interest in the city. But it's the only thing that stands out.
The first day we found the sheets with dried blood stains in one area. And the next night, with the beds made and the sheets supposedly changed, the blood stain was still in the same place. The rooms are not soundproofed and you will hear the conversations of other guests as if they were talking to you. Also, the shower leaked water from the handheld/head joint and its connection to the tap, so it looked like Niagara Falls. Decoration of the rooms quite basic for the price.

This hotel was Fantastic! TIP: if you are driving, there is a 15 min parking spot immediately to the right of the front door in the alley so you can check in and get instructions to the parking garage. Streets are narrow so do not upsize your rental vehicle! The hotel is in a perfect spot next to a small square where you can have a coffee and breakfast. Easy walking to every attraction you’d like to see, but to save some foot fatigue, you can take a bus or Uber to Alhambra. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful to recommend things to see and do. Buffet breakfast starts at 7:30 and has a good selection, but you could buy fruit across the street and eat in the square for half the cost. I highly recommend Reina Christina and would definitely stay here again!

Hotel da incubo! Ci hanno derubati in camera frugando nelle valige! Quando lo abbiamo riferito al titolare ci ha risposto che non sa cosa farci e che probabilmente si sara intrufolato qualcuno! (Noi abbiamo trovato la porta della camera chiusa normalmente e non scassinata quindi le conclusioni sono abbastanza ovvie!) La camera era vecchia, la pulizia inesistente, molto rumorosa(sia rumori della strada che di altre camere) , il balcone era imbarazzante (praticamente inesistente), il pavimento della vasca era lurido, l’aria condizionata non funzionava, il mini frigo non funzionava, polvere ovunque e per concludere perenne puzza di fogne sulle scale! Giocano molto sulla storia di Garcia L’Orca per attirare i turisti ma in realtà si capisce subito che si tratta di una struttura fatiscente e decisamente mal gestita! Ps: il personale del bar che si trova sotto l’hotel è a dir poco scorbutico!
