The hotel is located in the southwest of Granada city, next to the expressway. It's very close to the home ground of the Granada football team, making it a great place to stay for watching La Liga matches. There is a supermarket next to the hotel, making shopping easy. The lobby is spacious and bright, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is friendly. The only drawback is that parking is not allowed in the hotel courtyard, and only tour buses are allowed to park. Fortunately, there are some free parking spaces around the hotel.

Deja algo que desear para ser un 4 estrellas: almohadas incómodas, muebles algo anticuados, las cortinas también se veían viejas ... Por lo demás el personal fue muy amable y el desayuno, correcto. Se encuentra en las afueras de la ciudad pero es fácil llegar al centro en autobús.

Well located hotel, with a bus stop to the center of Granada, places to have breakfast if you don't want to do it at the hotel, residential area and you can park in the area. But: old and very worn furniture, a plug came off the wall when plugging in the cell phone charger, there were no extra blankets if you don't want to turn on the air conditioning. A la llegada tuvieron un error con la reserva, nos bloquearon la tarjeta de la habitación porque decían que no habíamos pagado la noche, cuando nos obligaron a pagar a la entrada. La habitación algo sucia con manchas en las cortinas. El desayuno malo. Poca variedad de frutas, bollería, el pan duro y los platos calientes algo fríos. No merece la pena. Tiene parada de bus y tranvia al lado, con una cafetería muy buena para desayunar. Se tardan unos 25-30mins al centro como mucho por la ruta más larga
