Comentarios sobre la estancia en la (dudosa; por lo de superior) Habitación Superior 104. Muy a disgusto sobre todo por las siguientes razones: El interruptor de la habitación (bien entrado en la misma) ilumina el wc, la ducha y un ventilador-extractor que resultó una tortura por el impresionante ruido que hacia (inaudito que nadie se haya quejado, ni siquiera el personal de limpieza; porque no entiendo que continuara estropeado al alojarnos. Total desidia del "equipo de gestión"). Increible. Un armario LLENO CON EL FRIGORIFICO Y LA CAJA FUERTE; Y CON CUATRO (4) PERCHAS. Adjunto foto Mobiliario viejo, iluminación escasa, ruidos nocturnos por doquier, en fin...mucha dejadez pero sin dejar de hacer caja.... Habitación superior con vistas: superior en cuanto al precio (eso sí...) y "con vistas ??" juzguen ustedes por la foto que adjunto. En definitiva una habitación con increíbles defectos, con unas vistas pobres (se ve más desde la calle; lean la verdadera opinion de olga H en Tripadvisor) y un precio que abusa de la buena ubicación y el marketing usurero (por muchas fotos e historia palaciega). Créanme a este hotel, le sobra precio y una estrella. Existen opciones mejores y también con buena ubicación (la maravillosa ciudad de Granada no es tan grande). Quedan avisados.

The building is lovely, location great, easy to walk to many locations in Granada. Room was large, spacious with a bit of an Alhambra view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside was we had terrible weather during our stay and the room was very chilly, as was the courtyard/reception area. Water, soap, shower gel were not replenished during 4 night stay. The cafe which is adjoining the hotel, but different owners does a nice breakfast (expensive compared to other central cafes).

Muy buena experiencia en esta preciosa casa palacio del siglo XVI, nos ha encantado todo, el lugar es muy bello ubicado en la carrera del Darro que para nosotros una de las zonas más bonitas de Granada, Cogimos una habitación standard con vistas al patio pero que contaba con todas las comodidades, la cama súper cómoda, el baño con todas las amenities necesarias para el aseo y en la cómoda de la habitación te ponen una botella de vino y aguas como detalle de cortesía. Queremos agradecer la amabilidad y simpatía de los de recepción Antonio y Gregory que estaban siempre dispuestos a ayudarte y también al personal de limpieza de habitaciones que te dejaban la habitación y el baño impecable cada vez que lo limpiaban. Esperamos volver pronto a hospedarnos en Shine Albayzin y pode disfrutar del hotel y de la magia de Granada y de su historia.

Lovely hotel with great staff (Antonio on reception was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent). Good size room with large bathroom and big walk in shower. The building is traditional but has modern facilities throughout. A cafe is attached serving great breakfast and coffee, also with helpful and friendly staff. Location is perfect, a very short walk to Alhambra, central town and viewpoints.
