정말 친절한 직원 좋은 위치! 드라마에 나올법한 옛날 유럽 숙박시설에 온 느낌. 직원이 정말 친절. 위치는 진짜 최고!!

Hemos estado unos días en Granada y no ha podido ser mejor la experiencia. El hotel cuenta con unas vistas a la Alhambra increíbles y la ubicación en pleno paseo de los tristes lo hace inmejorable. La atención de los empleados ha sido buenísima y son súper amables. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas cómodas. Algo que creo que se podría mejorar es que no tiene nevera en las habitaciones ni tampoco televisión con internet. El baño tiene cierto olor como a agua estancada, pero imagino que será por el tipo de construcción antigua del edificio. Cuando vuelva a Granada repetiré seguro!!

The front desk staff members were welcoming and helpful.
The room was spacious, however the pillows were too large and hard, making them uncomfortable. The shower was somewhat difficult to use. Most hotels provide complementary coffee and tea for hotel guests. Would be nice if that was included. To clarify, coffee and tea are available at a moderate cost. The hotel is in a good location, close to town and walkable to the Alhambra.
The hotel style is unique and charming. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job! Overall, we would definitely recommend.

The hotel is right in the middle of the tourist area, so super convenient but noisy on weekend evenings. The staff are very nice and super helpful

View is beautiful (you can see Alhambra though balcony)

Puts you close (walking distance) to some of the most wonderful places in Granada, the Alhambra, Sacramonte, and the Albayzin. My room had a view of the Alhambra and you could step out onto the small balcony to take in the Dario river and people enjoying a stroll, tapas, etc.
The hotel is low service, no fancy facilities, just friendly staff, clean, air conditioned rooms with comfortable beds, chairs, etc. in the most beautiful area of Granada.
The area is a prime evening spot for tapas and people heading to Sacramonte to see Flamenco. There will be late night noise from people heading home. But it is pleasant and NOT traffic noise.
As a single female traveler, I felt safe and quickly known to the staff and the local coffee shop.
I will absolutely stay here again.

Hôtel situé dans une petite rue très passante et très bruyante j'usqu'a tard dans la nuit. Salle de bain malpropre sans produit adéquat pour se doucher. Aucun endroit pour déposer les valises qui se retrouves au sol. Aucun support du personnel a l'accueil à qui nous avons demandé un changement de chambre en raison du bruit. Un des pires hôtel rencontrer dans nos 40 années de voyage. NON RECOMMANDABLE.
