The location of the hotel is great, the breakfast is great, although you always have to wait in, the bed is comfortable, but it is very hot in mid-August; the swimming pool is really messed up: small in every way. We can't take a bath.

To begin with, Maria at the reception was a little defensive and somewhat “cocky” when we asked her a question regarding the restricted area of movement through Granada by car, we simply wanted to know if it would be possible through a hotel invoice or by mediation of them to be able to claim the fine in case it arrived to us alleging that we circulated on said mobility restriction road to access the hotel, we just wanted to know if they could advise us to solve it, but we got a defensive attitude and "washing your hands."
We appreciated very superficial cleaning of the room, we found a used mask under the bed!

When checking on ***********, this hotel got around an 8.2, so not bad. But looking at trip advisor before i booked it was 3.5 rating, and that is more the true rating. Let's start with the good points:- The hotel front of house staff are really friendly and helpful The hotels got a gym (very good size for hotel standards) Outdoor rooftop pool (which is great in the peak of season for Granada The needs improvements:- Breakfast, main issues, out of date yogurts, breakfast staff did not seem to care like the front of house staff. This included dirty tables, food debris on floor, marked plates in the clean section. I work in food safety, so kept away from anything that would be me issues. Also i told the staff in the breakfast area the hand sanitiser was empty. they did not re-fill it during my time at breakfast that day, that is really poor and unacceptable with the issues we have today. If honest, even though some things were good, i would not stay or recommend this hotel.

Catastrophe !! À fuir ménage non fait , piscine sale , télé ne fonctionne pas et aucune solution trouvée en 10 jours , logement 64 au deuxième étage et pas d’ascenseur, même pas un petit frigo dans le logement il faut déposer les sacs à la réception. J’ai mis une étoile pour les réceptionnistes qui étaient tous sympas.

Cuanto me alegro (he brindado por ello) por el cierre de este hotel y que dos personas del calibre del director y de su perro lazarillo estén en la puñetera calle. Vaya decadencia de carrera la del tal Jaime de trabajar en cadenas como Elba o Barceló o Hard Rock en Punta Cana a terminar en este hotel cutre y decadente de la ciudad de Granada. Como era esperar todo llega a su fin. El karma.

“Las fotos hablan por si solas” Llegamos a las 12 para conseguir habitación deseada no esta disponible pero nos exigen hacer el check in. A las 5 ya tenemos habitación: MUY SUCIA BAÑETA ROTA Y SUCIA AL COLCHÓN SE LE VEN LOS MUELLES. POLVO Y PELUSAS POR TODOS LADOS, UN ASCO ,…… EL RUIDO DEL ASCENSOR INSUFRIBLE RECLAMAMOS Y a la media hora nos enseñan otras habitaciones que no cumplen los requisitos pagados. El desayuno escaso Solicitamos devolución del importe para marcharnos, Responden que por política de empresa “NO DEVUELVEN EL DINERO” A la mañana siguiente nos asignan otra habitación en mejores condiciones. Nos atiende el director y dice que si queremos marcharnos “SI NOS DEVUELVE EL DINERO DE ESE DIA” Ya no hay política de empresa ……. El desayuno escaso A las 10 de la mañana desenchufan las cafeteras El personal amable, SOLO SABEN PEDIR DISCULPAS, pero no resuelven nada, poco profesionales.
