Yit Casablanca

Quarto amplo e confortável. Fez falta um frigobar. Apenas o banheiro que sem calefação e com janela ficava muito frio e tornava o banho desconfortável. Próximo ao centro.

Hotel nella media, camere un po' piccole ma pulite. Purtroppo non c'è un frigobar ma visto il prezzo della camera.... Personale gentile e disponibile. Molto comodo per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Si raggiunge comodamente la stazione dei treni con l'autobus 33, sono 3 fermate.

FATAL!!!! I spent a weekend in this hotel and money disappeared from my bag… I was the only person who went to the room, along with the cleaning lady… I filed a complaint, but no one from the hotel has solved anything for me… A shame !!!! IM not coming back anymore. In addition, the hotel leaves a lot to be desired, the walls are made of cardboard and the rooms smell like drains, the pillows are super thin and it was very cold in the room… 0 recommended. I DO NOT REPEAT, I have had a very bad experience.

DISAPPOINTING AND FATAL!!!! They stole €100 from my backpack, which did not leave the hotel room at any time, a room where only the cleaning staff and I, the wonderful receptionist, spend time, but the rest of the staff can imagine what I think of them.. .Too unprofessional! thieves!!!!!!!!

The Hotel is very good, as are the rooms. The problem is that I made this reservation with Half Board because I have a little girl and I didn't want to go out of the Hotel at night. The surprise was that the place to dine was a Restaurant outside of it and that IT WAS NOT NOTIFIED AT THE TIME OF MAKING THE RESERVATION. The Restaurant is NOT a buffet and rather a tapas restaurant, the quality of the food is VERY GOOD.

Very central hotel, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Spacious but poorly soundproofed rooms, the worst thing is the parking, it doesn't have any and parking in the area is impossible. They have an agreement with a parking lot but the day costs €21

I think the only thing that's really worth it about this hotel is the location, that you are right in the center... but of course I won't repeat it. The pillows are super thin, the beds are quite uncomfortable box springs. Sheets with holes… We had a very small room for three people, we barely knew where to put our suitcases. Room that overlooked an interior patio, and it was very hot. There was no way to regulate the temperature. This still has a pass, but the cleanliness thing has a lot to be desired. The bathroom continually smelled rotten, and we left some things propped on top of the headboard and the closet... clothes and bags that we took WHITE. We didn't understand anything, until with the reflection of the light coming in from the small window, we saw that there was a layer of dust from WEEKS without wiping it. I find it amazing...

The room they gave us was very, very small, it only had a bureau, the windows faced a wall, the floor was dirty, the television could not be seen from the foot of the bed, the room was very uncomfortable, the price I paid was a lot and The truth is that it is only worth it for the location since it is relatively close to the Alhambra. I would never stay there again

Well located, attentive service. Breakfast could be better.
