Good location but the room was in really bad condition, there was hair and dust on the floor, there wasn't even soap (I had to buy everything at the supermarket because there was nothing) the sink had a broken water tap turned completely to the left and therefore unusable… Dirty and dirty toilet, without even a toilet brush...Shower with stains everywhere, dirty bottom of the tub...The worst thing was a brown stain on the sheets which, when I asked to change them, the receptionist replied "Eh but if a stain doesn't it goes away we can't do anything about it" and I replied "well but it's not my problem that the stain doesn't go away, I absolutely want you to change these sheets with clean ones otherwise I won't sleep here" really speechless, It's not the first time I've traveled and I've stayed in several places, but this one is by far the worst, I highly recommend it.

An old-fashioned accommodation in an Arab-type building. San Nicolas Lookout. The Alhambra Palace is within walking distance. The facilities and cleanliness are generally good.

As far as its own positioning is concerned, except that it is not soundproof at all, it is pretty good.

You get what you pay for. I could list many issues but I had 3 good night's sleep at a very low cost. TV was outstanding, fully hooked up to the internet.

The hostel building itself was very charming with lovely courtyards, seating areas and Andalusian architecture. Sadly, my room had none of this charm and badly needed work done to it. Some floor tiles and tiles in the bathroom were cracked with botched attempts to seal them up evident. The paint was flaking off the walls. The room door polish was faded and the one to the bathroom could not close properly. The bathroom was small and poky with evidence of mould. The bed cover had a stain on it and when I asked to change it, I was given one with cigarette butt holes in them. Worst of all, I got bitten by bed bugs during my stay. In hindsight, I should have asked for another room. The guy at reception was friendly, but he seemed to be by himself and he clearly needed more staff to help him keep on top of things. I don't recommend this hostel.

The front desk is closed during the day. Only couple of hours to receive new guests. There is a phone which never answers. Very, very bad attention

This place was great! As two girls traveling alone in a new country, we felt very safe. This location was very central, with a max 20 min walk to all the best places. We even were able to get to Motril beaches with ease.

Related to the price for a night (81 euro) this room was bad, because: horrible bed and old sheets an very small cushions; no further furniture (only 1 chair and no hooks whatsoever, broken cupboard door, an old broken tv)) ; very much noise from neighbors and running water; very old and tiny bathroom with no place to hang towels or put anything; shower curtain hung up with an iron thread. Wifi was good and the patio authentic as on the photo, but totally leaking water from the roof when it was raining. So I recommend to lower the price drastically or renovate.

Check- in took a while and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Apart from that, lovely building and covenant for most things. Quiet area but a long way from public transport.

Nice place but the room was really cold and the heating was not working well. The staff is friendly and helpful but definitely it worth the price for a 2 stars.
