I booked through ********** about three months prior to the stay. All the confirmations arrive and I exchange messages with the property where they ask me to call half an hour before the day of arrival. On the day of the reservation I call an hour before to inform them of our arrival. They get a little nervous and tell me they'll call me right away. That's what they do with the news that they were overbooked and that they had just given my apartment to other clients. This is the first time this has happened to them and I apologize, they would try to find me a replacement. And that's what they try, but of course, offering me apartments that no one had booked and that had nothing to do with the style and features of the one I booked. I don't know whether to believe the technical problem they blame or they simply raised the price and it was better for other customers. An absolute lack of professionalism. In the end I had to book a hotel quickly. Likewise, after many messages ignoring me and several calls to **********, I got the money back. Of course, no compensation. I would look for another place. A reservation with them can be like the lottery. Scam, scam or whatever you want to call it.

The apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms and was new and stylish. The two stars are due to: - Poor arrival and stay management. They said they would give us the keys in hand and there was no one, by phone they agreed to send me the entry code and it never came, they wrote me asking for things several times the next day, I had to ask them for Wi-Fi... Anyway, that aspect was bad. I even felt sorry for the doorman of the building who was the one who let us pass. - The apartment in the photos has a terrace and views, in reality it does not have a terrace, it only has a half view of the roofs and the cathedral with two white beams is intuited and the neighbor's window is two meters away, without any privacy. - At three in the morning from Saturday to Sunday, one or several neighboring apartments had people in the corridor singing and screaming. - Very expensive, 300 euros a night and 25 euros on top of that to clean the apartment... in short, once and no more.
