Ottima struttura. Pulita, moderna, fornita di tutto quello che serve. Il parcheggio fornito nelle vicinanze è fondamentale dato che per strada non si trova nulla. Zona molto carina con tanti locali per universitari. Un po macchinoso il check in, ma una volta fatto tutto a posto

Amazing location. Center to everything. Emelia was great! She had provided thorough instructions prior to arrival, was constantly in touch to ensure we were having a pleasant stay and had what we needed. The apartment itself had everything we needed with comfortable beds and facilities. There was some street noise that can be heard early am and sounds from the other apartment that may be bothersome for light sleepers but that was not in our case. The parking is no longer in the building and Is a short 3 min walk. They will walk you through it. They give you drive in and out privileges but we never moved our car after parking. Overall very happy and would highly recommend.

Apartamento muy cómodo, limpio y confortable en el centro de Granada, parking incluido en el precio, menaje completo y nuevo al igual que todo el apartamento, camas muy cómodas. A dos pasos tenemos la catedral, tiendas, restaurantes/taperías, cafeterías, multitiendas. Repetiré.

Hemos estado alojadas 4 días y el apartamento ha sido muy acogedor. Está céntrico y cerca de distintos monumentos de la ciudad. Tener garaje es un punto a favor ya que en Granda es difícil dejar el coche por la calle. Repetiríamos sin ninguna duda!!!

Tiene todo lo que se puede desear de un alojamiento: es céntrico, pero alejado del bullicio, tiene parking propio gratuito y si tiene algún problema te derivan a uno público cercano gratis, es acogedor, limpio, con calefacción por conductos, equipado con todo lo necesario, tiene un manual de cómo funciona todo, información turística, camas cómodas y la atención de la anfitriona en todo momento. Y...con buen precio. Lo recomiendo mucho.

El apartamento está ubicado en pleno centro. Cuenta con parking fácil y cómodo en el mismo edificio lo cual es genial para descargar el equipaje. Está limpio y tiene todas las comodidades para pasar unos días en la ciudad. Por poner un pero: nosotros viajamos en verano y eran días de bastante calor, nos pareció que el aire acondicionado no enfriaba lo suficiente. El check-in se realiza a través de códigos que te facilitan por teléfono. El trato recibido por los propietarios ha sido bueno, en todo momento intentan ayudarte para hacer mejor tu estancia. Es una buena opción para aloj**** en Granada.

Hola viajerossss, tras varios años sin reseñar x la pagina he vuelto y esta vez mi opinion es para este complejo maravilloso a escasos 10 min andando del centro de Granada. Excelente estancia que tuvimos la fortuna de recibir en el mes de noviembre de 2022 x una celebracion de boda. Inmejorable comodidad en todo el complejo, buena ubicacion a escasos 10 min caminando al centro, parking perfecto.... Opcion perfecta. A escasos 30 metros enfrente del centro de salud hay una cafeteria para desayunos muy buena. Lo dicho, mejor opcion en Granada hay pocas

We stayed here for 2 nights in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. We were hesitant at first as the listing didn't have too many reviews but we really liked this apartment. We had a rental car and was easy to find. Upon arrival, I believe it was Emilia who met up with us and walked us thru the apartment as well as the unique underground elevator parking. She was great and it really helped to have an in-person walk thru. The kitchen was basic but has all the typical cooking amenities, even cooking oil. The 2 bathrooms were roomy and great water pressure as well as good A/C. It also seemed quite popular as we saw other folks throughout the hallways during our stay there. The unit was very bright as well. The location was also one of the reasons we chose this apartment as everything was within walking distance and if using car (like to get to the Alhambra) it was easy to get in and out. Also plenty of grocery stores nearby. Couple minor nitpicks which didn't affect our stay - there is only a washer but they provide a clothes rack which, in the Granada heat, clothes dried quickly. And no safe.

Fabulous little apartment. Friendly and efficient reception from Emilia. It really is pretty central too, as once we’d arrived, the car remained in the underground car park and we walked everywhere. The bedroom is quiet, the bed is very comfortable, there is fast Wi-Fi and the mini kitchen is well equipped. Efficient air conditioning too. We’d definitely recommend this place.
