This was SUCH a beautiful hotel!!! And at the price even more so! (I went in June) The decor was so gorgeous and added to my enjoyment of Granada! It felt so luxurious. :) I even enjoyed a bath one night. The breakfast was as delicious and amazing as other reviewers said. And the Deluxe Room has these beautiful smelling lotions and soaps. I loved it! And there's bath robes! I was a bit torn between staying in the hotel all day vs. exploring the city. ;) ...... I needed an extra night so I stayed in both a Deluxe Room and Superior Room.... I'm just gonna say... book the Deluxe Room!! It's worth the price! Several little things made it really nice!

L'albergo è bellissimo, in posizione perfetta, centrale e vicino a tutte le attrazioni da vedere. Pulitissimo, camera molto bella e spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comforts. Una menzione particolare allo staff in reception, gentilissimi e disponibili. Super consigliato!!!!

A vista para Alhambra desde o quarto em que ficamos foi o mais agradável dessa hospedagem. Dormíamos olhando para esse monumento fantástico da presença moura na Espanha, foi bastante inspirador. Estando em local histórico, o acesso é um pouco restrito, apenas a pé se chega nele, mas tivemos uma excelente ajuda para levar a bagagem até lá, um argentino que trabalha na recepção, extremamente simpático e prestativo. O café da manhã tem poucas variedades e, curiosamente, para nos servir havia uma espátula mínima, em alguns dias era impossível usá-la para apanhar os pedaços de abacaxi, cortados em tamanho maior.

Wonderful experience. The hotel has a very quaint interior courtyard area for drinks and breakfast. Room was very comfortable and staff very friendly. Great location just off the Plaza Nuevo. Convenient location for the walk to the Alhambra.

This has to be the most charming hotel we've ever stayed in. Gorgeous Atrium. Lovely people, very helpful and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to get us tickets to a memorable flamenco show, and arrange our travel and taxis. The location couldn't be better in the center of everything yet a little tucked away from the square. Very quiet accommodations. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of cava at check in. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself was lovely, comfortable, and in a great location. But what most stood out for me was the support and attentiveness of the staff. As it happens, I had a medical incident the morning we had planned to check out. The front desk staff were wonderful and helped in so many ways - getting a doctor for me coming to the room personally to see how I was doing, arranging for transportation to a hospital, and helping when we got back with getting prescriptions filled. I highly recommend this hotel.

Kind and helpful staff, great breakfast (and afternoon tea!), great location! Pretty inside. Not for the mobility challenged, but that’s true for Granada in general. It’s wonderful, if you can handle steps! We booked a junior suite for the sitting area, and it was very spacious. Very convenient to all the well known attractions.

Perfect location in Granada right off the main street, so the hotel is quiet. Fragrant smells of flowers as soon as you walk in. Friendly staff that were very helpful. You have access to waters whenever needed which is helpful in the dry climate. Comfortable beds. They even have a pillow menu to suit your needs!
