Hotel junto Arco de Elvira. Habitación espaciosa y silenciosa. Cama cómoda. Baño estrecho que necesita actualización al igual que parte del mobiliario. Desayuno buffet correcto. Sin lugar a dudas lo mejor es su personal. Tanto en recepción como en el desayuno nos trataron genial, muy profesionales y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Buena relación calidad/precio.

Salvo solo la posizione per il resto albergo decadente con bagno maleodorante fermo agli anni ottanta, poco curato e maltenuto. La camera che ci hanno dato affacciava su un”pianerottolo”interno che un tempo doveva essere una sorta di chiostro oggi chiuso e usato come parte della struttura. Le finestre erano sempre e necessariamente chiuse,quindi vi lascio immaginare il buio. Chiedo di cambiare camera ( piccolissima e con lenzuola bucate) mi fanno vedere una stanza al terzo piano decisamente migliore ma assolutamente non da 4 stelle, mi dicono che però’ si sente il rumore dell’impianto dell’aria condizionata dell’intera struttura giorno e notte decido di restare nella prima stanza assegnata solo perché’ si trattava di una sola notte. Diversamente me ne sarei andata a gambe levate. Mai piu’.

Hotel sito a 20 metri dalla Gran Via e dista circa 1 km dalla cattedrale. Accoglienza ottima e professionale. La colazione semplice senza acuti. La parte salata andrebbe migliorata così come l'offerta di frutta. L'edificio è datato e lo si vede dalle stanze. Mobili vecchi con lampade presenti senza prese elettriche che sono pochissime nella stanza. Avevamo la macchinetta del te e la lampada poggiate sul tavolo che non aveva dietro nessuna presa. A che servono?...il bagno molto datato con la vasca che perdeva acqua nel fare le docce. Asciugacapelli funzionante a scatti. Sinceramente sarebbe da tre e non 4 stelle.

Lamentablemente la gestión, respuesta y atención a sus clientes. Suelo ser cliente de la cadena EUROSTARS HOTELS, sin embargo está claro que a partir de esta pésima experiencia NUNCA contemplaré ninguno de sus hoteles. Me han hecho el cargo total de la reserva a pesar de no haber disfrutado de la estadía. Entiendo las políticas de cancelación e incluso asumo, como es habitual que se haga el cargo de la primera noche, pero considero desproporcionado el cargo total de la estancia (incluso de los desayunos). Realmente lo he pasado fatal, tratando de solucionar o de encontrar una alternativa sin ningún tipo de respuesta por la dirección del hotel en Granada y de momento tampoco por parte de la cadena EUROSTARS HOTELES. Esta claro que la diferencia en la atención y el interés por la satisfacción del cliente debe de ser global y es un factor definitivo a la hora de elegir un hotel.

L'hôtel EXE TRIUNFO est un hôtel calme qui les prestations d'un 4 étoiles mais qui est resté "dans son jus". Nous y avons reçu un formidable accueil de la part d'Elena Jim..... qui a pris le temps de nous indiquer les points d'intérêts (nombreux) de Granada. Merci à elle.
