交通方面，酒店位置還是很方便的，在格拉納達市中心，步行去主教堂五分鐘左右，去阿宮走路的話約半小時，也可以坐公交車。開車的話就相對麻煩些，酒店門口不是很好停車，合作的停車場Parking Triunfo步行要10分鐘左右，而且不是很好找，容易錯過出入口。停車費找酒店前台預付可以有優惠，16歐左右一天。
設施方面，兩居室套房的客廳及卧室都挺寬敞，但是臨街的房間晚上比較吵，樓下聲音穿透力較強。房屋內設施偏舊，我們準備用燒水壺燒熱水，剛插上插座就跳閘了，黑燈瞎火等了15分鐘酒店安排電工來維修才重新恢復通電。酒店會提供免費的水。
入住及服務方面，我們到的比較晚，九點已經沒有前台人工服務了，但是自助入住雖然流程較為繁瑣（需要依次按三道鈴、打三個電話），但總體還是很順利的。第二天退房後回來取行李時，前台態度非常一般。

Nice location. Bus station to Alhambra is very close. Bedroom is small, TV hit my head several times. Large living room though. No front desk after 7 pm and you need to call if you need service. In my case I needed two glasses. Initially they said it was not emergency if I insist they will send over and they did. So they are nice, but just not so convenient.

老房子，位置好，臨主街的房間有點吵。
設施一般，衹有一個鍋很不方便，盤子好幾個都有裂紋。好在有熱水壺。
衞生需要加強，杯子盤子都滑膩，毛巾也沒法看。
服務人員英語不太好，態度好的。

強烈推薦！適合四五好友居住，有廚房和獨立分開的房間，餐桌很大，四個人開電腦辦公不顯擁擠。入住時已經比較晚，用前台電話可以直接遠程操作，這點很贊。交通便利，房間裝飾古色古香，很有特色。唯一就是晚上靠大街有一點吵。
