A very comfortable place to stay near Al-Hambra. The hotel always clean and restock the drinks and amenities in our room. They have also TV cable.

It's pretty good, there's only one person at the front desk, it's very slow
The room is a bit old and you can hear the noise from the corridor
The hotel is in the city center, close to the bus station and convenient to the palace and bus station.

Central hotel, correct facilities although I think it has been the only hotel in years that continues to use keys instead of cards. Good value for money and a good breakfast.

5 estrellas en todo porque es perfecto. Estuvimos 2 noches y la pena fue no estar más. La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro y al lado de todo. El hotel está muy bien, tanto la recepción como la habitación, súper limpia y todo súper cuidado; de hecho es más un hotel de 3 estrellas que de 2. El trato de las tres recepcionistas que nos atendieron en diversas ocasiones fue muy bueno pero queremos destacar a Claudia, que nos ayudó en todo momento con todas las dudas que le planteamos no sólo del hotel sino de la visita a Granada. Con respecto al parking, no tiene pero pudimos dejar el coche en otro parking de otro hotel de la cadena; a pesar de ser pequeño el hombre que nos ayudó lo hizo de manera exquisita, muy simpático y súper profesional. Lo recomendamos 100%. Volveremos.

Hotel con 2 stelle quindi non ci si aspetta il lusso ma camere semplici. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione di interesse. Personale della reception gentilissimo e competente. Ci ha dato ottimi consigli per visita all’ Alhambra. Unico neo è che si trova in zona a traffico limitato e quindi difficile da raggiungere in auto e questo non viene specificato nel sito.

Perfect location, can't ask for better. Transportation very convenient, shopping, sites and oh the dining options. The rooms are clean and big enough, great internet. Very friendly staff.
