The staff was nice. The hotel location was good. The room was spacious. The view from our room was fantastic. We could see the Alhambra from our window! Everything was perfect.

Hotel is fairly close to station and central. Has ground floor, first floor and rooms on 11-15. Rooms are good size and have good furniture. However place is not well maintained and is quite tired. Toilet flush and bedside light were tempremental. Room smelt faintly of cigarette smoke as did the towels provided. Could not understand how this is listed a 4*, nothing massively wrong but definitley budget option. Breakfast not great quality, especially coffee. Location wise okay for stop and cheap (can see why) and room sizes are good.

This hotel was dirty. There was rubbish in the corridor and dirt and dust suggesting the corridors were not vacuumed. Our toilet had urine in it when we arrived suggesting the bathroom had not been adequately cleaned. The hotel is old but does not appear to be well maintained. The AC is very inadequate and I worried about the hygiene of the AC. Breakfast was of a poor standard and no yoghurt was available. I mentioned my concerns to reception and I got a thank you rather than a sorry for your concerns.

I stayed in this wonderful hotel for two days while my visit to Granada city. It is located within walking distance of the central train station. The hotel is away from the city center or Alhambra palace but has a bus connection to take travelers to any part of the city. The staff is very supportive.

The hotel is very well located, with a bus stop next door, next to the Jardines del Triunfo and a 10-minute walk from the center. The buffet breakfast is very varied and complete, where the waiters replenish frequently. The rooms are located in the upper part of the building. Our room for 3 people is spacious, with comfortable beds. As a tip, the hotel could do with a renovation of some of the furniture, as it looks somewhat dated.

Very bad.. it took them two hours to give us a room and with bad manners..The gentlemen at the reception are the worst I have encountered in my life and in terms of the hotel..Only the room is good, the location is a lie, what they offer is up to par. a kilometer from the center, cleanliness I would give it an O and a constant smell of pipes..
