這是家黑店，我提前一個多月就預訂了，2月10日扣款。17號馬上入住了告知我必須19點前入住。不給留房間鑰匙，不退款。明搶明奪！千萬避開。

We picked this property as it was very convenient to visit the Alhambra, which was just up the street where this property is located. The owner/manager (Pedro) is very nice. However, the property was missing main essential items such as an iron, iron board, and sheets for the sofa bed. After the request, the iron and sheet was provided to us. The air conditioner is only in the bedroom. The kitchen and main living area of the apartment does not have air conditioner. Also, there are no fans available (we did request one). Overall, good experience. The only reason we took points away is because it’s an old property and there is some sewerage smell in the bathroom, which at times is normal in very old buildings. A lot of nice places to eat and very nicely located. Our experience was made better because of Pedro’s outstanding customer service.

Un lugar muy bonito, comodo, limpio , aire acondicionado, toallas, secador... cerca de la alhambra, el centro de la ciudad esta ahi mismo, con sus bares de tapas .. todo cerca, Pedro muy amable, os gustará

Great location on Plaza Nueva. Very tiny fixtures in bathroom. Some noise from the plaza. Helpful staff.

Bien pour de jeunes voyageurs, mais au-delà, éviter: équipements sanitaires communs, pas de rangement dans la chambre, pas de présence de "l'hôtelier", 2 étages à monter, asse bruyant inter-occupants, pas d'espace de repos tel qu'un salon. En revanche, bien placé au pied de l'Alhambra et près de l'Albaicin et du centre touristique.

La photo sur internet est aguichante mais trompeuse; notre chambre est minuscule avec un lavabo sur le côté du lit, 3 cintres sur un portant dans le mur, et l'ouverture sur la rue incommodante. Une série de chambres (10) sur un palier qui sert d'entrée, une pièces équipée de 3 toilettes "odorantes", des douches aux dimensions très limitées. Un accueil téléphonique (très aimable) mais pas vraiment de de présence. En somme plûtot cher même pour un lieu spartiate. Et surtout un parking cher quand il est disponible - à absolument réserver à l'avance si nécessaire.
