I had planned to stay 4 days, I had to leave during the 1st night. Impossible to stay. I should point out that this is far from my first youth hostel, I went just before to Cordoba, Sevilla, and others in Europe for similar prices. But I've never seen a place like El Cascabel. - Very dirty. I honestly think they should clean once a week. I had to clean the locker before I could use it. Under my fitted sheet there were pieces of polystyrene (?). The mattresses are wrapped in plastic which tears and gets everywhere (see photos) - I think there are probably bed bugs. That would explain the plastic mattresses, and also the fact that I scratched myself all night. And so they know it, and are not ashamed to rent it to travelers. - Very deteriorated installations, broken bathroom furniture, broken curtain rod... - I was in a mixed room of 6, usually it goes very well, but there I was the only woman with 5 men. Most of the time establishments manage to better distribute and not leave a woman alone, I would have appreciated it. - I slept very little, not entirely the establishment's fault, but a lot of noise outside, people constantly coming in and out until 3 a.m. in the hostel, bunk beds that creaked and moved a lot. .. - And what's more, it's expensive given the poor quality. To sum up, never go there ^^
