This is the second time we've stayed at Premier Inn Grantham and it's one of our favourites 😍. The hotel is clean and always quiet. But the best bit is the staff. They are very friendly and helpful, especially Karen on reception. It also has a Brewers Fayre onsite, which serves great food.

As always. Excellent service from Karen when Checking-in. Nothing was too much. Room was clean. Wish it had air con but there was a fan in the room. Extra towels and drinks are readily available to help yourself too. Breakfast booking made with ease.

Room smelt damp and fusty, shower doesn’t hold its water temperature or pressure and road noise very bad. No one ever at reception !!

Overnight stay to rest during a long journey. Noise from upstairs room where it would seem a boxing team were having a training sessions. Once that quietened down we had a good night’s rest. Wet room was perfect for my mobility issues.

Very amenable hotel. Rooms were lovely and big, bed was nice and comfy and everything was clean. Staff were amazing, when we checked in we were assisted by Charlotte. Who made sure we had everything we needed, even gave the kids activity packs to keep them entertained. Would definitely visit again.

I do not normally leave reviews, but had to for this amazing place! staff were super freindly nothing to hard for them. water on arrival and a clean room. I had food over at the Farrier staff there amazing too and food a lot better than normal Whitbread restaurants.

In over twenty years of staying at Premier Inn the attached Brewers Fayre is the best I have ever been in. Well run, clean, polite / efficient staff and delicious meal. I don't usually provide reviews but I have to make an exception here.

Hotel was nice but housekeeping is far too early. I was awoken at 8am by them cleaning other rooms with doors open. Then at 8:30 they turned a TV on while cleaning one of the rooms. Surely they know people are still sleeping? Or is it a tactic to get you awake and checked out? Ruined my stay.
