Archway House

A superb guesthouse in a town centre location. We loved the room decor, very bold yet cosy. Rooms were very well equipped. Lovely covered terrace and a garden area at the back. Our new favourite place to stay in Grantham. We will definitely book here again when in Grantham.

We recently stayed at Archway House in Grantham and it was absolutely lovely! Definitely the best bed and breakfast in town. The hosts were super welcoming and made sure we were comfortable right from the start/ The room was clean and cosy. We loved the colour scheme in our room and the fact there was a hairdryer, iron and ironing board and a TV with Netflix. It was well-located, about 2 minutes walk from High Street and Market Place. Definitely recommend it for a relaxed and friendly stay.

I recently stayed at the Archway in Grantham and it was a really pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful and my room was comfortable an d clean. It had everything I needed, including iron and ironing board. The location is amazing, right in the middle of the town. It was a great value for money. Highly recommended.

I was in Grantham with my partner for a family party. I'm actually from Grantham originally, so know the town very well. To be honest, most of the hotels in the area aren't the best in the world and very run down in most cases. So, I was pleasantly surprised by the Archway. It's in a great position with a large car park just next to it (free to park after 6pm and on Sundays). You're pretty much in the centre of town as soon as you walk out the door. It's a listed building, so old wooden shutter windows, but we didn't have any issues for our stay. Even with the road just outside. The room was very nice, a reasonable size and actually resembled the online photos. A real bargain for the £50 we paid to be honest. We were welcomed by the owners, who made sure we were comfortable. Our trip was a rushed affair, so we didn't try out the breakfast, but I got the impression that it would have been extremely good given the attention to detail for other elements of our stay. I'd definitely recommend staying at the Archway if you need a bed in Grantham.

What a great find. I really liked my quirky room at the top floor. It was very cosy and quiet, overlooking the courtyard and had everything I needed on my short trip. Being in the town centre it was a great value for money. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone tired of the local chain hotels.

This guest house was lovely, cosy and welcoming. Public car park was just around the corner and was free between 6pm and 8am, which suited me perfectly. Room had a desk and a TV with Netflix, which was great as I was in the middle of binge watching a series. Good value for money. I think it is my new favourite place to crash when in Grantham

A lovely guesthouse, in a brilliant location, just in the centre of Grantham. Really comfortable bed, vey clean, everything you need in the room (iron, ironing board, etc.), brand new smart TVs, very fast internet, decent bathrooms. All in all a great value for money

I recently stayed at the Archway House and was thoroughly impressed. Its location is incredibly convenient for St Wulframs church and the local High Street. My single en-suite room was spotless. The lounge area was a pleasant surprise to unwind after a busy day. Breakfast was a treat, the quality was excellent. The Archway was a great Value for money. I will definitely stay here again when in Grantham.

We stayed for 3 nights and woke to wonderful views of the mountains with mist that was beautiful! The breakfast was one of the best English breakfasts I'd had and there was a great selection of fresh fruit and snacks. The hosts (Anita and Denis) went out of their way to ensure we were set-up for the day and had the information needed in addition to giving us freshly baked cakes for our outings...how kind! I'd highly recommend staying at The Archway and we look forward to returning
