We had an unexpected layover due to multiple flight cancellations at DFW. We chose this hotel for our stay because of convenience to the airport and they offered shuttle service. As Bonvoy members we were given a late checkout which we needed due to the rescheduling of our flight which was late evening. Matthew at the front desk was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and getting us shuttled around to anywhere we wanted to go. It’s rare these days to encounter such a helpful person in hotel management. So thank you Matthew, for making our unexpected stay enjoyable. The McAlister’s in #713.

Great stay at a convenient location to the airport and other attractions. The staff, especially night shift member Sheren, was very friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size with a comfortable bed, clean kitchen, and nice amenities. The breakfast had all the basis. The only minor issue was the tub/shower that didn’t drain well. I would stay again.

The hotel suite with a king-size bed and sofa bed was very large and included a kitchen. The hotel is within walking distance of the BossPro Outdoorworld and the Grapevine Mall. Great breakfast buffet with American and European breakfast - the best on our three-week trip. The rooms were very quiet despite being close to the highway and the airport. The airport shuttle was free and arrived within 30 minutes of ordering (traffic).

Room not ready till 4. Loud air conditioner. Dirty, smelly room. Several broken items in room. Not up to previous stays at other Residence Inns. Older property needs refreshing. Front desk employee was excellent.
